This is rom is good except bluetooth doesn't work. I use this device as Music player so i need my bluetooth headphones to work. It says it's paired, but will not play out of headphones. Is this a liquid bug?

I probably think that it's a liquidsmooth bug. I already told them that exact bug that you had and they might work on it (i hope).

[PORT][ROM][Halo][dvhexer]Stock Stable CM 10.1.2 with Halo [20130713]

I don't have 10 posts yet so I can't place this in the Android development forum yet, please bear with me if you would like to use this ROM
This unofficial CM10.1.2 works only on E970 devices updated to 4.1.2 OTA(or manually updated TZ/RPM partitions)
First things first: I am NOT a developer and this ROM is not fully ported yet, this is an announcement that as soon as I resolve the stuck Navigation Bar
since we have hardware keys I will post the ROM in the Android Development forum.
Code:
[SIZE="3"]#include
/*
* Your warranty is now void.

* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please

* you point the finger at us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you.
*/[/SIZE]
Consider this build alpha, it has issues, halo works though
File is being uploaded to Dev-Host nao.
Please be patient as I'm using free hotel WiFi, and it's awful
Download link at bottom of post.
This ROM is largely based on dvhexer's amazing CM 10.1 LGOG/N4 build and Morpheus90's CM 10.1.2 with HALO. All thanks should be directed towards
them as without actual devs for a starting point we wouldn't have this.

CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean),
which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
I wanted a ROM as Stock as possible with Halo from Paranoid Android, so I started this project for my own and
decided to share results with you all.
What you get is the latest rock-solid Stable version of CyanogenMod (10.1.2) with no extra additions,
except for Halo from ParanoidAndroid.
Notes:
- Backup your EFS partitions before flashing any firmware: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2161611
- Gapps are not included.
I use official Gapps: http://tinyw.in/C7XP
- No modem is included in this ROM. JB ATT modem is fully functional now. Refer to this thread for modem links: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2270319
- The kernel included in the ROM is based on CM mako kernel + faux123 updates + dvhexers updates to support all E970 features.
- Ignore OTA CM updates when you receive notifications.

Bugs:
1. If you set the vibration around 50 (+/-5) it occasionally forces a hard
boot, please be advised of this and do not make this setting permanent on
reboot. You have been warned. Anything that uses vibration can trigger it.
it will drive you insane.
Stock setting of 70 for vibration is ok, can occasionally hang if you slam the
back button 10 times for some long recursive apps (file managers)
41 works for me.
2. Text/MMS app crashes on launch
3. External SD card not visible
4. Default APN is 3G, enable APN of choice in Settings>more>mobile networks
Screenshots are below, notice the soft keys still from Nexus, everything else seems good, will test again with both kernel options before it is posted.
(History of garbage done)
Bootloop / no boot - needed libs from port, may regress servers lib
Boot - constant crashing com.android.phone - LgeLte dependency fixed
Boot - NFC service crashed constantly - Was referencing non existent N4 files
more to follow.
Fixed some outstanding build.prop issues.

Is this a fork of the grand duos cm11? Can you recommend another phone dialler compatible with CM?
Already experienced 2 crashes of the default browser when trying to zoom pages. I had to remove battery on those 2 occasions.
My setup is the latest build with micro gapps ....
Thank you OP! I was beginning to give up hope of us getting a true custom ROM.
Installed via TRWP. Excellent!
Crashed a few times with Google Now launcher and default browser. Installed Nova launcher and now working smoothly. You need to do a full wipe before installing otherwise it will keep crashing.
Thanks again GHsR! I am flying!!
Excellent work dev...
But I have 2 doubts. Please clear it
1) I have galaxy mega 5.8 with rooted 4.2.2 Jellybean rom. After installing this rom is it possible to revert back to 4.2.2 if needed?
2) In the link provided there are 2 files.
For installing the latest version do I need to install the old version first (20141017) and update with new one (20141020) or can I directly flash the 20141020 version?
My set up was similar to yours.
1. I backed up my old ROM using TWRP Recovery onto my external SD card; this way it can be easily restored should you wish to.
2. I directly flashed the new one without flashing the old one first.

I go to the play store and it is stated that the cyanogen mod theme is incompatible with all my registered devices. Even the free ones cannot be installed. So how did you do it?
found another problem....The contacts that are already stored on both sims cannot be read by CM 11. I can confirm that the contacts are still there as I already transferred the sims to another phone.
Does USB OTG supports on this rom?

[ROM] [UPDATED] Unofficial CyanogenMod CM11 ROM based on Android 4.4.4 for Redmi 2

Today I am going to share Unofficial CyanogenMod CM11 ROM (HM2014813) based on Android 4.4.4 for Redmi 2. Can not wait to share with you all. So let's start.
Introduction About CM :
CyanogenMod is an open source operating system for smartphones and tablet computers, based on the Android mobile platform. It is developed as free and open source software based on the official releases of Android by Google, with added original and third-party code. It is based on a rolling release development model.
On 6 November 2013 the CyanogenMod team started pushing the code of CyanogenMod 11, based on Android 4.4 KitKat, to GitHub. The first nightly release of CyanogenMod 11.0 began rolling out for a selected number of devices on 5 December 2013. Since then, M-builds have been released every month for supported devices, offering a more stable experience than nightlies. With build M6 it was clarified that CyanogenMod would no longer be releasing final builds specially tagged "stable", but instead would utilize the rolling release model with M-builds representing a stable channel.
Important Note :
Your warranty is now voided.
I am not responsible for Bricked Devices, Dead SD Cards, World War 3 or You getting late on your date because the alarm app failed.

I don't get the point of this thread since the other one is much more detailled and have real download links.
Guys, please stop using Baidu. We're not on miui forums.
Make rebuit of cm11 for redmi 2 using official kernel.it would be more stable and smooth. Because cm13 is most stable ROM for now a days and its use some official kernel of kitkat.and think if you remake the cm11 with official kernel what it would be ?

Thank you for the hard work Lysergic and congratulations for the success so far.
...
Update from latest Unofficial to first Official through OTA was unsuccessful. Now flashing from CM Recovery and will flash GAPPS as the Google services are not working after the OTA update.
edit: gapps still not working after flashing official build + gapps from recovery. Any chance to fix it without factory reset?
Solution: "you can clear the play services data to fix that"
---
update: I got better performance with the first official build compared to the latest unofficial.

Congratulations LA.
Hope users will provide useful feedbacks and logcats in this thread to help you make this rom even better.
Cheers !
Congratulations
Finally your Hard Work Paid it off.
Congratulations Lysergic Acid!
there is a way to fix the crashing gapps but it will take mashing the screen to get there just wipe the gapps services data and that fixed it for me.

Thanks a lot @abdulhkeem, it worked and this saved me a lot of time. :good:
My phone seems very hot under the camera, expecially when leaved attached to AC power... much more than on KK...
I made all the possible wipes/formats and checked with betterbatterystats but I cant find anything strange...
Thanks so much for this @Lysergic Acid!
I have been following since November last year and all I can say is what an amazing achievement!
Congrats to you and all the great devs that helped you get to where you are now.
Can't wait to see what is to come with the official tag on the ROM now.
Regards,
Jleoz.
lost root
Looks like I lost root with the official build. Yes, the root access is enabled in dev options. Tried rebooting, disable-enable, re-flash, still does not have root.

As already said, you can clear the play services data to fix that, but I'm working on a fix for the backup tool.
Can't wipe data
I'm unable to wipe data/factory reset from the new cyano recovery. Same thing if i try wiping from settings, is someone having same issue?
@Hazard- Me too, but also I can`t install any *.zip package.
it says unable to open efs/metadata (more or less). I thought efs folder is untouched on wipe, isn't it?
No APN data available so mobile data can't also be enabled.
Nice!
Great work @lysergicacid !! REALLY THANKS!!!
Now I can only hope, that my S3 will also get Official.
I have just written to @JustArchi , would you tell him what you have done to get official? Thanks!

Same here, but just search for carrier configuration and create an APN yourself, it's easy!

I know my man. I already have. I 'm just reporting the bug in case it was missed.

[ROM][7.1][AOSP][{Un,}Official] LineageOS 14.1 (Nougat)

LineageOS14.1 (Nougat) unofficial builds for the Droid Razr
LineageOS is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Code:
#include <std_disclaimer.h>
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* We are not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at any of us for messing up your device, we will laugh at you.
* Collectively, and at the same time.
*/
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for LineageOS is available in the LineageOS Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to LineageOS, please visit our Gerrit Code Review.
These are WIP builds of porting LineageOS 14.1 to the Droid 4 (and also other devices using the same device/motorola/omap4-common-infrastructure). They probably won't work, so don't expect too much. Use on your own risk!
Builds:
Current official builds:
https://download.lineageos.org/spyder (Droid Razr)
https://download.lineageos.org/umts_spyder (Razr)
(When migrating from Lineage unofficial, flash this first (manually mount /data in TWRP before flashing and unmount it afterwards) and then directly flash the new image without rebooting)
Su addon for official builds: http://droid.cs.fau.de/lineage-14.1/addonsu/ (The official addon doesn't currently install on Omap4)
Manual beta builds:
http://droid.cs.fau.de/lineage-14.1/
Changes (only device/family specific, CM base is always synced before build and contains more changes):
2017-06-10:
Hotspot fixed
Security updates
CM base updated
Last build before enabling official builds
2017-05-15:
Security updates
CM base updated
2017-04-11:
Fixed mobile data on Verizon
2017-04-05:
DRM playback fixed
2017-04-04:
Camcorder working, thanks to @Android-Andi (thumbnail picture is still wrong, but recorded video seems fine). This probably also fixed other media-related issues.
CM base updated
2016-11-27:
CM base updated
2016-11-13:
SELinux is enforcing
PackageInstaller works on ext3-based userdata again
2016-11-05:
First build
What's working:
Phone (tested on Verizon and on GSM/UMTS in Europe)
Mobile data
WiFi
GPS
Camera
Video recording
Playback of DRM-protected content
Reboot to recovery
What's not working:
Probably most everything else, including, but not limited to:
HDMI
Data encryption (investigating, needs new unreleased safestrap)
Gapps:
OpenGApps
If you install Gapps after the ROM has been booted for the first time you either need to wipe data or manually delete /data/system/users/0/runtime-permissions.xml and reboot. Without this Gapps will crash constantly. This is due to a new permissions-system introduced in Marshmallow.
Installation:
You need a recovery supporting SELinux
A version of Safestrap (3.75) which supports SELinux can be found here: https://github.com/stargo/android_packages_apps_Safestrap/releases/tag/v3.75
A newer version of safestrap which will format userdata as ext4 will be released shortly. You can also just reformat userdata to ext4 in the old Safestrap for now.
Please read the instructions on how to install this version and follow the order of the steps in it.
GSM users with XT912:
These versions (both unofficial and official) automatically switch to GSM/UMTS without installing additional patches.

I figured out that i was trying to use stock slot lol
Thank you so much guys for remembering razr i hope we will go a long way with you and with razr.
Do you think there is any hope that the bug the RAZR has had since CM 10.2 (that prevents video uploading) could be fixed on Nougat? And if not, is there anyone who knows why it doesn't work?
Thank you for this ROM @stargo :good:
Does it include a kernel image? I could not find it from http://droid.cs.fau.de/cm-14.1/cm-14.1-20161113-UNOFFICIAL-spyder.zip

Not all
Thanks for rom !!
It's seems lag, will any kernel / settings can solve it ?
@stargo,
Thanks for keeping up CM for these devices.
This 14.1 runs very smooth on a X910, but when installed with GApps it becomes much slower (maybe official 13.0 too, but I didn't test it without gapps). The broken File Manager is not nice, however.
Positively, it doesn't include CM Bug Report app, which always crash in CM13.0 (triggered by crash in a page inside Privacy Guard).
But, I see there is no "App data usage" (restrict apps Wi-Fi or Cellular data) in Privacy Guard. Was it removed from 14.1 or just not ready yet?
Just out of curiosity, could you tell me if Safestrap is the only variant of TWRP that works in spyder/umts_spyder? (I couldn't find original TWRP for these). No, I don't dislike Safestrap, I think it's very nice project, especially for preserving stock rom and allowing multi-boot, despite possible performance penalties.
I have another question about Safestrap: If I boot into stock and make a backup of its .img files (they are in internal sdcard/safestrap), do I need a backup made inside twrp or they are the same?
Will you make available a test build of the next Safestrap version?

For me - cm14.1-OC-FullScale-Lite-2016-11-08.zip, I have tried all versions on cm13, this was only one I can install (just for cm13, of course), so I use the same on cm14.1 and I am not disappointed, but I am have not tried others...
Using daily. Thanks!
Android OS / Cyanogenmod-system Batterydrain
I have this problem since CM13. I tried cm-13.0-20160816-SNAPSHOT-ZNH5YAO0FG-umts_spyder.zip and many nightlies but it's always the same: android os or cyanogenmod system is with 20-40 % the number one batterydrainer and always keeps the device active. With the first cm13 builds and with cm11 I never forced this problem and it made one day but now I can't find a build which doesn't has this problem anymore. I tried different kernels on cm13 but without any effect.
I hoped it would be better on cm14 but unfortunatly it's exactly the same..
Does anyone has an idea or a solution to this problem?
Thank you for any answer!

Are you sure it is not some app you installed, or accidentally changed Android settings to avoid turning screen off? Did you cleanly installed Cm the last time?
"Error code 70" during installing pico GAps
Thank you so much stargo for your work!
I have putted it to the slot 1 with pico GApps. Works great!
But when i putting it in to the stock slot i getting "Error code 70" during installing pico GAps. I tried reformat userdata to ext4.
I checked rm -rf instead of formatting then Wipe/advanced/checked data/Repair or Change File System - and change to EXT4 but when i go back it still ext3.
How to solve this issue?
Thank you.

Is the error code 70 stating that you don't have enough space to install gapps?
If you exit the to the first screen in safestrap, check again that data is EXT4 in advanced wipe.
