[Q] Xperia Z3CT Bootloop - Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact Q&A, Help & Troubleshooti

Hey,
today I got my Xperia X3CT and I followed this Guide to Root my Tablet: http://forum.xda-developers.com/z3-...t/root-root-locked-bootloader-sgp621-t3013534
(I rooted my LG G2 so I thought I should be able to Root my Tablet without any problems )
At Point 6 I started my Tablet, but somehow it is Stuck in a Bootloop. I am sure I did everything the way the Guide told me to, but somehow my Tablet is still in a Bootloop. How do I get out of it? I can turn the Device of by pressing the Power Button und the Volume Up Button.
Can someone please help?

Yes, you will need a device specific FTF and flashtool to flash STOCK ftf again. Google xda for how to use a flashtool. Make sure you use a device specific FTF.

If all else fails, repair your phone with PCCompanion.
Google and download it
Please write thread title which reflects your problem. Edit your post in advanced mode.
Are you sure that your battery is charged?
Did the rooting process finished fine?
Root process involve few restarts, possible that your battery got to 0%..
What happens when you connect your phone to charger(wall charger, not usb) and leave it for some time?

[Q] Hyundai T10 firmware

Can anyone help me with my T10.
I flashed the firmware Hyundai_T10_20130402 (which I have downloaded from various sites/blogs) but
although the flashing completes succesfully,
after the automatic reboot the tablet never turn on.
There is no way to boot the device.
The only thing possible is to enter again into Update Mode and try to reflash
but the result is the same.
If anyone has used before another firmware than the 20130402, please inform me.

Hi,
I already tried the reset pin, doesn't help unfortunately. The tablet still charge, but when disconnected from power it stays warm like the processor is still doing something. Of course nothing on the screen, no sign of life.
I have a question: how did you update exactely your T10? Especially what kind of message did you get while updating? and what happens when the update is finished?
thanks for the help anyway.

Hi all,
I solved the issue by
- waiting for a complete battery drain.
- putting the FW on a brand new 2GB microSD (no formatting).
- plugging the power on the tablet. Wait for 10-15mn.
- then starting the update sequence (pressing "Volume -" and "power" for few seconds.
suddenly the update message started, and the FW was flashed correctly! I'm using the tablet again and happy with it (except the GPS, doesn't work!)
I hope this might help somebody out there.
Good luck

You don't need to send it to LG service. You just softbricked your phone. Try this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=40483954&postcount=2

There're some information about fastboot in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2221102, in 0) Preparations:-

Phone won't boot after updating SuperSU

I need help immediately cause I am paniking. So I rooted my phone using the KingRoot application, and after the root was succesful used SuperSu-Me to remove KingRoot. SuperSu-Me installed SuperSU on my device which in turn had to install an update, so I let it do its thing. After the update was installed SuperSU prompted me to reboot my phone so i did. Problem is the phone has been stuck for about half an hour in the shifting shapes screen, fastboot doesn't work. I have tried hard reseting it but the problem persists.

My solution
I fixed it by unlocking the bootloader in fastboot mode, flashing TWRP and using it to flash the original version of the oxygen os, the one that came preloaded with the phone.

Help me pleaaase (( My phone is very important to me. I've been searching for forums and I only found yours that had the same problem with me. Thank you for replying. I'm sorry I don't know what a recovery is. My phone is Starmobile Knight luxe lollipop 5.1 . Help I cant afford to buy a new one What would I do in this situation . I'm thinking of removing the battery then putting back it again. It won't even turn off just stucked on the logo.

First, please don't follow instructions you're finding on this specific forum since it's for the OnePlus X, not the Starmobile. Secondly you needed to unlock your bootloader first, since you didn't from the sounds of it you can't boot into Android since it's now tampered. You'll need to boot into recovery, usually by pressing Power + Volume Down until it loads and factory reset your device.

Try to find out your solution in your device's forums, since this forums is for the OnePlus X and not the Starmobile Knight Luxe.
If your device is stuck on the bootup screen, you need to go to fastboot mode, unlock the bootloader (if you haven't), flash a custom recovery, boot into the recovery, and factory reset the device. It should work.
Guys!!! Thank you for all your suggestions. I did flash a custom recovery but it fails simultaneously. I just let it fix on a local phone repair shop just paid a few bucks
