I'm very dissatisfied with my cubot X9 camera colors so I tried flashing the latest rom with update for camera. http://www.needrom.com/download/cubot-x9/ After flashing the back camera wasnt working and there were some bugs. I think the rom is not complete and needs to be flashed with a full rom. I think so because this is what description reads : "ONLY MT6592
Add another Official ROM Cubot X9 Version: CUBOT_4271C_Z61W5_V11 – KOT49H – sinsoft92_cwet_kk
ONLY CAM: OV8865 and TP: IMX214"
My question is simple: How do I do this with flashtools? I allready tried flashing the one after the other but got same problem.

I have a doogee dg550 rootet and I want to flash a custom Rom. There are some on needrom but the rear can doesn't work. It is because doogee updatet the cam hardware. On my stock Rom the cam works. Now I have to port only the cam driver from stock to custom. The rest of the custom Rom works perfectly. Is this possible?

I cant find any other versions with the display fix and i would like to use a custom ROM, would it be possible to extract the display driver and put it into older version of stock android 5.0 rom? Apparently its possible to choose display driver if you flash with the program from doogee website but i cant get it to work or display availible lcd drivers.
I tried everything but failed.. The flickering will not stop... If any one has a custom rom for the stock based 5.0 because the known custom roms for this phone work only on 4.4.2

The problem
I have a MTK6572 device (Spice Mi 436) with kernel version 3.4.5 and running Android 4.2.2 Jellybean. Till now i am able to flash jellybean based custom roms. But i would like to install Lollipop or Kitkat roms. From a little google search , i came to know that some MTK6572 devices have the kernel 3.4.67 and they are able to run kitkat and lollipop roms. Some are even running those roms. But if i install those roms, i would get boot loop for sure.

PS: I have root, Custom rom, CWM recovery and SP Flash tools ready. No problem of bricking the device

Hi guys I'm new in this forum, actually i need a help,
So i was bored with stock android of my xolo era 1x pro so wanted to flash a custom rom in that, I didn't able to find any rom for my device but found some rom for xolo era 4g/X it has almost identical specs of my phone so i backed up my stock rom flashed miui 8 rom which was there for xolo era x it booted fine but i faced many issues
1.audio was not working
2.wifi was not working
3.bluetooth was not working (
4.camera was not working
5.volume buttons were not working
6.most importantly it was stuck into safe mode i tried all methods but i could not able to quit safe mode
Now my question is is there is anyway to fix those and port it properly on my device,i have seen many different tutorial for porting rom on spreadrum phones but im bit of confused i need some help
