Hi, what do you mean with brightness issues? I don't have the phone, so I can't relate to possibly common problems with it
Powered by SimplRom and SimplKernel.
This kernel is very stable. But how do I enable private mode? It doesn't work with this kernel

The problem lies within PrivateMode, it doesn't like if someone tempers with the phones software. For it to work a rom developer will have to patch this. This however isn't my area of expertise, so currently privatemode won't be working on custom kernels

Have you enabled OC in KTweaker? Pullung the slider should be enough. I'm not sure as how the OC button works, I actually think that it doesn't. But it isn't my app, so I won't be much of a help I'm afraid.. Next release will have Synapse

Pretty much preset. You can undervolt und underclock though. Synapse is returning as well. With a soon launch of SimplRom. Size: Below 800mb

Yes, every custom firmware (as the kernel is) will trip it. :/
Ok.... Just found out about this section for Q&A... I flashed the newest version of the kernel and now I have issues with my GPS. It does get a fix fairly quick, but when I use maps to navigate the blue flash doesn't move at all.... Any ideas? thanks guys

There is just one kernel available which allow us to overclock by ketut. Hope that answers your question.
1- this isnt q&a section.
2- ketut doesnt want his oc kernel to be brought to the mass, thats why he didnt mention it in his thread title. i think to avoid noobies from frying their cpu's.

I have the same rom too, I can sugest you a config for it:
1. Use set CPU to set your min/max CPU Speeds actually I'm using SmartassV2 @480-864Mhz, and a Screen off Profile using On-Demand @245-480Mhz

You should always keep current with the latest modem.. That's upgrades etc from Verizon so always recommended... But no u don't have to.
If you decide to you can after flashing the rom as well

Yep.. Reboot system after the modem file.. Make sure everything changes ok.. About phone/ baseband version should now end in 7834.1
Then flash rom, add gapps, add super su

Nope.. But if you go back to stock i would. It's got a few bug fixes and enabled VoLTE

You should test the modems for a bit each to see which one works best for you. I found the 11c to be better than 12b, and I have no use for volte anyways. Individual results seem to vary on which one is actually best.

Im having trouble connecting my smartwatch. Is just shows as trying to connect in android wear app.

Problems
Anyone getting "unfortunately the process com.android.phone has stopped"? I rebooted my phone earlier, and now when it boots up, it says that and it restarts again. I noticed that my phone also doesn't get data, so I'm wondering if that could be the cause

If you just installed your rom, you might have to factory reset your Moto 360 to get it to connect. If you have already paired your smartwatch, go to the android wear app, click the three dots in the upper right corner, and select disconnect moto 360 and then reconnect moto 360. Hope that fixes it!
Cast Screen issue
I use screencast chromecast all the time with many of my apps for some reason I cannot use the built-in cast screen from the menu dropdown it does not recognize any of my devices anyone have any fix would be appreciated thank you for your time.

bluetooth is not yet functioning.
My main interest in this excercise was to assemble working/workable sources to get development moving
for this device.
As of getting the recovery functioning correctly, all required is assembled to help any actual owner of this
device to begin taking it foward.
I will limit my effort in this to getting the bluetooth issue resolved,
and possibly getting dtv functions working.

After 8hrs of editing i modded the thermal files to give performance and less heating problem
just flash it and then disable thermal from kernel auditor app to make my thermal files work

Its .tp only and it will work most probably on any mediatek device facing thermal throttling issues..
In short. It will surely work for you. And u can always take backup of tp folder just in case you want to revert back to original

Actually i feel great with 1631 rom and so far didn't face any lag at all.
But how do i know this patch will work as description?
Because i flash it and not sure this patch will conflict with other cpu tweak or not.

It works on every Single ROM and some more devices too
It wont effect any other tweaks as this is only a .tp folder modification
