Hey guys, I have an Alcatel Hero 2 phone that does not boot beyond the Alcatel onetouch Hero 2 logo. I made a mistake and full-formatted the phone; it doesn't have any OS installed therefore. I can access TWRP with the normal Volume Up+Power combination. I have tried using Alcatel's own One Touch Upgrade (OTU) tool to install the stock firmware but it never connects to my phone. Can anyone on this site point me towards any meaningful direction I can follow to get my phone to work again? Thanks.

Hi,

Many thanks in advance.

Hi there !!
Hello everybody and thanks in advance for your help.
I was trying to clean my phone (sim unlocked via imei) of the vendor stuff (yoigo spain), and put a clean rom instead.
First I rooted my device with framaroot method and everyhing was ok. Then, after clean the rom of some unwanted apps (alcatel radio, alcatel power save, etc..) I tried to change the bootanimation, but deleted part of the /system part (build.prop) and on the next reboot the phone was bricked
I read all the thread about developing (Alcatel One Touch 4030x S'POP Development), and everybody say the method to recover is under OTU (one touch upgrade), but when I try it the answer is I have already the latest version and won't upgrade.
I tried all I imagined: wipeing partitions, deleting /system, installing CWM and TWRP, but no sucess..
I tried then to readback my phone, following the post of Cyberangel22k & johnnyspritz on post #204, but still bricked ..
Now when I boot I have 2 animations from manufacturer: alcatel glory2 + alcatel s'pop, the vendor logo (yoigo spain) and after that darkness ..
Please, help me to unbrick. Any help will be apreciated
thanks in advance and greetings from Barcelona (spain)
Take it to Yoigo. I had the same problem, I took it to a Yoigo store, told them I hadn't been even able to test my new phone since it won't start, they sent it to repair service, two weeks later my phone was given back to me good as new.
Hi guys, new to the forum, but been reading for a while now.
I need some help with my gf's device which i got messed.. So here is the problem:
Device: Alcatel One Touch S'Pop (4030x)
Carrier: Globul(Bulgarian)
Root: YES
SU Status: Installed SuperSU
Stock firmware: latest ver of Android JB 4030x modded for globul
Recovery: Selfmade CWM.
So the problem is that the device was stock and sim locked by carrier globul, what i was trying to do is root inastall cust recovery and install new rom, hoping that this will debloat the device and eventualy sim unlock it, now i am stuck with a white screen every time i try to boot it, juat after the first boot animation. Tried to go to recovery - work flawlessly. Tried re-installing the custom ROM several times with no luck.. Here is what i done:
Rooted with VRoot, then installed CWM recovery via MTK Droid Root & Tools, all worked fine, the stock (rooted) ROM booted with no problems at all (restarted couple o times)
Then i downloaded to my SD the last version of GE-Rom from MXDevelopers blog and tried to flash it via recovery, following their guide(only difference that i used CWM instead of TWRP) everything went well and nice, then i pressed "Reboot device now" option in the recovery and it rebooted, shown the 1st bootlogo and than that white screen (ofdeath) and it doesn't do anything except when i press volume down and hold it, it vibrates as when you switch silent mode on with the vol keys, also i noticed that the power button works as supposed (locks unlocks).
What i need to do is getting a custom rom working on the device, or at least a stock (non globul) rom working on it..
I tried to flash thru recovery the X9 ROM in hope it will do the job but null... I tried several times to install and re install the rom with no succes so far. What i am thinking is that i somehow damaged the boot image ( i havent touched it but i dont know if the custom rom had tried to modify it. )
Please help!!
Will click the thanks button, i promise

I had a very similar problem to yours and
Only resolved it today. Go into XDA and search
Bricked Alcatel 4030. Wergi1 has the solution
Well it worked for me good luck.
I tried using Chainfire 3D but it bricked my phone and now it gets stuck on the Tmobile logo. The main problem is I have stock everything. I have stock (android recovery 3e) and i dont know how to fix my phone because I do not have a back up.
My phone has been a vegetable for 2 days now and I need it quick!
Can anyone please provide me with back up files for Alcatel One Touch Fierce?
Hi Everyone,
I spent *many* hours of searching on XDA forum, but still have no good leads. So, I have created this new thread and desperately hope somebody will help to find the missing piece of information...
I have the SPRINT version of Alcatel Onetouch Pixi 7 Tablet (model: 9007T).
While experiementing and trying to unlock the bootloader, I messed up with the Stock Recovery (loaded a custom recovery that was designed for a different model). Now I can not get in to the Stock Recovery - the screen just keep blinking when I try I am holding the Volume Down key, pressing and holding the Power key.
It used to bring me to the Stock Recovery screen where I could reset everything to the default factory configuration. Now I lost this option.
I tried to use Alcatel Mobile Upgrade Q (and S) softwares, but it doesn't "see" my tablet... like there is nothing connected to the port. I have verified and the drivers are installed.
ASKING for help: Can somebody who has Alcatel OT 9007T with the working Stock Recovery to backup and to share the Recovery.IMG please?
Appreciate your help and time in advance!

Me too i cannot find any stock rom for this need some expert help here
Hi,
a few days ago a friend of mine got his Alcatel PIXI 4 5010D corrupted (I don't know how).
I flashed a stock rom but it got simlocked.
Now I'm trying to install a custom recovery like TWRP or CWM, but the phone gets softbricked whenever I try (loop logo and black screen on boot).
If anybody has an stock rom (without simlock) or a working recovery, I'll be very happy. The phone is spanish.
Kind regards,
Mowstyl.
