I know it sounds weird and mods delete this if you feel that it breaks the rules in any way.

Is it possible to create a Settings app with a transparent background?
I saw this on a thread for the Galaxy tab http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1051807 and I'd like to know if its possible to create a modded settings app for our galaxy 3
(I know they explain it on that thread but I was searching in the settings.apk but couldn't find the specific XML )

Its just a question if there is someone that can mod the settings apk
or just tell me if it's even possible is it to hard to say Yes or Now

I don't think it's ever gonna happen because not even one theme porter reply's to those other threads

I have built a nice little site for galaxy S3 wallpapers, it contains NEW wallpapers (not the same old crap that all other wallpaper sites have) they have all been manually added by me, I will be adding more wallpapers regularly.
Also it has a mobile version for you can visit using your phone too.
