Well?
Look at what version you have in settings>about. I605VRALJB is the stock before the OTA.

Hello,
I have flashed the stock version of Sprint TouchWiz Jelly Bean 4.3 (N900PVPUBMJ4) DeOdex Rom and flashed the MJ4 update fix as well. But, unfortunately I am not able to get my Baseband version updated. Its still stuck on N900PVPUMBMI3. I have flashed it using TWRP Manager.
You help will be appreciated!
Thank you!

Hey @mjcollum, how do I get the AP and CSC file from the MI5 to flash?
Also, how do I wipe without using TWRP?
Kind of want to start from scratch... Thanks

I saw that the 4.3 JB update is available for my phone/region. I would like to use Mobile Odin Pro to do the update, and add root in the process. Where can I download the OTA file for this update?
My phone details:
Android 4.1.2
Baseband: I9300XXELLA
Build number: JZO54K.I9300XXEMA2
Thank you
Stock roms are posted on sammobile .
I saw on sammobile the file is about 900mb while the OTA file is about 400mb. I was hoping to get the OTA one.

OTA is not usually posted .
I took out a premium subscription at sammobile to try and download the file faster, but it still shows 12 hours to complete

There are lots of stories of losing wifi or mobile data when a kitkat rom is flashed. Unless you really need it, I recommend you just wait for an ota
Flashing kitkat is not reversible, the only way you can install a 4.2 rom after installing kitkat is a custom rom like megalomaniacs v12 rom.
That v12 version is of january 2014 wats so special about v12

If you flash your phone to kitkat and it screws something up, that rom is the best way to get into an almost stock 4.2.2 rom. The Megkat v2 also works great.
Flashing doesnt go without risks, Im just suggesting a backup plan
The v12 rom is july 19, the thread was made on january so it has gone through 12 evolutions since then
After installing stock rom can I use same vceroot.tar file to root it which I used year ago to root ??????

Just install a custom recovery like Philz from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2588661
Then flash the SuperSU zip from here: http://download.chainfire.eu/452/SuperSU/UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.02.zip
