just place any twrp backup of stock rom on external sd or download custom rom then place it on external sd and flash via twrp...
OR flash stock 4.4.4 via fastboot.

No need to mount. Simply choose "install zip" in cwm.

Can you please be more specific? What's your phone condition right now and what steps do you follow?.
When you do a super wipe you lose everything on your internal sd card. You need to have a rom ready to install via cwm on your EXTERNAL sd card. If you haven't take your external card out and load a rom via your pc onto the external sdcard. Then via CWM load rom from your external sd card.

Forget about Super Wipe, it's not needed unless your cards are just that messed.
Odin a stock rom from Sammobile
Format the External SD Card from the phone!
CF-Root it / CWM + SuperSU
Go to recovery, flash the ROM
Wipe in recovery all data + cache + dalvik
Stay safe and backup EFS

You really need to be specific. Did you format the card from the phone? Can you access it?

What version of CWM? What version of firmware do you have on the phone also? (ICS or GB) For ICS firmware, get the latest here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1914215
Rename it to PH98IMG.zip, place it on the root of of your SD card, reboot into the bootloader and flash it.
There is a flashable copy of TWRP but I don't have the link handy.
I accidently wiped my internal storage and now my phone will only boot into TWRP recovery.....Is there anything that I can do??

Easiest would be take out SD card and put it in PC to copy rom , gapps to flash.

Then you will probably need to adb push to your internal, unfortunately I am stoopid in that area. You may catch someone on irc that could walk you through it.

Guys! Need help! I'M DESPERATED!
I was using Resurrection ROM with Googy Kernel, but i wanted to give a try to Angi kernel.
I downloaded the cm kernel, reboot into recovery, wipe cache and dalvik and flash. So then I get a bootloop. I think: Okey, chill. I flash again Googy kernel and no problem. I went to flash the kernel that I have it on my external storage... what happened? My external sd card CANT BE MOUNTED!
So? I panic!
What should I do? I have nothing on my internal storage. My nanodroids backups are in my external storage.
HEEEELPPP!??!? Can I use ODIN to flash the ROM again? Or should I flash a STOCK Firmware first? Where can I get a stock fw with recovery? Please I'm going crazy! It's my phone dead?
PD: sorry if my poor english.
Put your sd card into your pc, check it works -save data then format it and load nandroid. Replace it in phone and restore.
If the sd card won't work in your pc then throw it away.

was your sdcard encrypted before you changed kernel?
always make sure, when you're flashing, to: 1a. have plenty of time 1b. backup everything

No, no encryption.
I'll post with any changes.
Thanks for helping!
SOLVED!
Formatting wouldn't solve recognizing de sd card. Could not mount it. But if i choose advance external storage restore I was able to see the files. So I restore only the boot and I recover mi ROM.
Thnks again for helping!
