Here's full guide to unroot/upgrade/unbrick your Note 3 neo LTE by flashing stock firmware via Odin
You are doing everything at your own responsibility, but if you follow this guide step by step, you won't brick your device.

Before you proceed, make sure:
1. You have charged your phone to 100%
2. You have Note 3 Neo LTE(SM-N7505), not N750 or something different
3. You have installed Kies and drivers on your PC
4. You have backed up all your data, if you don't need it, just skip this step
5. You have disabled Kies and firewall
6. You have downloaded Odin and firmware
Downloads:
Odin v3.09: http://d-h.st/d4G
Stock Firmware: http://sammobile.com/firmwares - Go to Firmware database/Smartphone/Android/SM-N7505-Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE/Select your country
How to Flash:
1. Turn off your phone and go to download mode by pressing Power + Volume down + Home. Once you're there, press Vol up. You will see Downloading with Android logo and phone info.
2. Unzip Odin package and stock firmware package on your PC
3. Connect your phone to PC - Use stock USB cable for best compatibility
4. Open odin - Select Run as administrator. You will see the COM port of your phone in ID:COM box, it will turn blue and Added in the message box.
5. Click to PDA and select downloaded firmware. Make sure you have checked Auto Reboot, F.Reset time and nothing else. Now press start.
6. The box will turn Blue with Reset! message. Your phone will reboot.
Note: I reccomend to make hard reset after flashing stock firmware.

P.S. Xperia Companion Software Repair doesn't work coz bootloader was unlocked..
download the latest flashtool
http://www.flashtool.net/index.php
use the built in xperifirm button to go grab the right software for your phone, then flash it in flashmode. The tool tells you when it's ready and tells you what to do. (phone powered off, connect usb cable while holding vol-down WHEN PROMPTED)
You can leave all the options default on the firmware selector screen, though you may wish to tick the "USERDATA" box under wipe if you want to start fresh.

Hi!
I made a tutorial to teach how to root the Ace 4 Lite because the tutorials in youtube cause bricks on the phone, and i discover how to get the root.
Video tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=roV2pbVIyeo
First download the files:
- Download Official Samsung drivers.
- Download TWRP 3.1.1 by @Parthib Link
- Download Odin 3.09 by @daerragh Link
- SuperUser v2.76 by @Chainfire Link
Installing the root:
1. Install Samsung drivers
2. Transfer the Super su file in your internal or SD card, and shut down your phone.
2. Open Odin, uncheck "Auto Reboot", select in "AP" the TWRP file
3. Put in download mode your phone (Volume down + home + power button)
4. Plug your phone, and push start in Odin. Wait until the diaog say "REBOOT".
5. Force the shutdown in your phone, then start in recovery mode (Volume up + home + power button) until a TWRP screen appear.
6. Select install, then select your the "UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.76-20160630161323.zip" file.
7. Swipe to install and reboot.
8. IMPORTANT: Wait until your phone finish boot all the system, then wait another 10-15 minutes aprox. without do anithing in your phone.
9. Open Super SU app, then select "new user" and wait until the program finish configuring the SuperSU, then wait 10 minutes without do anything to your phone.
10. Check if your phone is rooted with Root Checker app.
11. Now you have your Galaxy Ace 4 Lite rooted
NOTE: if your phone says that's not rooted, reboot your phone and wait 10 minutes again until the system completely starts, then open Super SU app, wait another 10 minutes and check again your root status.
Thanks to @Parthib , @daerragh , @Chainfire for aport the android modding to do this tutorial.
