Hey guys,
I need to enable the Android location access from my PC because I lost my phone (LG G2)..
I already searched for it while I had my alarm sound on the highest volume (with Google Device Manager), but had no luck.
In order to track the phones position I need to enable it from my PC, but I'm running out of time because the accu is dying soon.
I can still use Whatsapp Web, so mobile data is enabled, but it also says that I need to charge my phone soon..
Fast response is needed altough I don't think that it's possible.
Thanks in advance!
EDIT: NVM, accu died, bye phone..

hi. i,m new to HD2 and windows mobile.
whenever i connect my HD2 to my PC via active sync the time changes to +1 hr the current time. so i have to change it back to the correct time again and again.
I live in Pakistan where daylight savings time is not in practice but still don't know why the time keeps on changing.
I am not sure but i guess it sometimes changes even without connecting to PC.
I have turned the location services OFF in the settings but still can't fix it.
any suggestions?
an update to the question.
just realized that, the time also changes to "Current Time +1hr" even when i use my GPS navigation software garminxt. as soon as i get the satillite lock the time changes.
please urgent help needed...still waiting for responce.
I've had a mini pro for a while and I am very happy with it - but I do have one slight niggle with the WiFi..
When its connected to my home router it works great - until the screen times out and the powersaving comes on. At this point when the phone is used again the WiFi icon shows as connected but its not connected to the network and can only be convinced to work again and it needs the wifi resetting by switching it off and on again...
The firmware is the A012 but this wasnt a problem at first so I am wondering if it was something to do with an update or a piece of software...
If anyone has any suggestions..?
fortunatly that one is easy to solve.
- Go to wifi definitions;
- press menu button (is the one with four squares).
- Select advanced;
Then you will have something like "wifi suspension policy", you just have to alter that to always connect or something. My phone is in portuguese so I cannot say exactly what it will appear in English but I think you can get the idea.

Already found that and changed it and it still didnt make any difference unfortunately. not sure what else I can do.
I had the same problem. What is your wifi encryption type?
I was on WPA-PSK and I saw on a Japanese forum that if you change to WPA2-PSK it would fix the problem which it did! Let us know if this helps you.
hi, i think this will fix permanently until the phone updated to 2.1 but there is a solution before that which i have experience and come up with 2 solution:
firstly install wifi fixer, its free on the marked.
setup to never off mode on settings.
1. if the phone connected charged, the wifi always on even the dispaly off
but i don't recomend to do this with the batt fully charge, because it could make batt live shorten(overcharge), i think.
2. this is abit tricky but it works .. it make the wifi always on without connected charge by:
- install program called gmote than run it, if possible setup to connect to the server, but dont have to.
- and the tricky is, before the phone display off or you are not playing with phone, run the gmote and make sure the gmote program run in the DISPLAY PHONE (mine in gmote browse mode) and leave it like that, than you can leave the phone.
i used this all the time and it works, even i leave the phone for long hours and than check it ... wow the wifi still connected and i tried browsing internet.. amazing ... it works but i see it drain the batt faster .. lol
hope this solution can help anyone
Hello, I just completely scrubbed the phone and started over with SimpleMod.
The problem is that I don't remember what app gave me the ability to set this value. It is dead useful in the car when using the navigator or playing music connected to the radio via USB.
Does anybody know how to enable this ability?
Menu->Settings->Applications->Development
check the box for Stay awake.
I am on BB351.
There are widgets in the market to allow quicker access and if you use tasker you should be able to set up a profile to do this.
Thank you! That should be in a less hidden location. Seems like a no-brainer to me.
Hello everyone,
I recently bougth (1 month) my samsung google nexus 10, and when i connected him, at home, i see that it comes with 4.2.
When i connect it to my network by wifi, automaticaly upgrade the system , now i have 4,4,2 KOT49H.
My problem is, my tablet rarely popups the low battery notification. I tried to install some app i find in google store, and i find this one, battery notifier bt free 99, where i can set a custom sound for low and full charge battery.
But no way to work neither.
I install this app in 2 other devices android (1 tablet , 1 smartphone) with android 4,2.2 and it´s works.
Do you have also this problem with yours google nexus 10, or it´s just me.
Thanks in advance.

P.S, this a duplicate post i know but, i don´t find where is my first post sorry.
Hello guys,
The unthinkable has happened, I forgot my phone in a public place...
*The phone is a One PlusOne
*Running 5.1.1
*It's rooted
*Its not encrypted so theoretically someone could wipe the device bypassing the lock screen
*I know that no one has wiped it yet because I can remotely install apps via playstore and verify that they have been installed, meaning LTE is still enabled, and it has battery life.
*I have Android Device Manager installed
Here is the kicker, I habitually leave GPS disabled to lengthen battery life. I've remotely installed Cerberus to the phone but I'm not sure if there is any use trying with cerbus if I haven't launched or signed into cerberus on the device itself. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas on how I can remotely activate my GPS? I'm running out of time before the battery dies or someone wipes the device. I have to either locate it or remotely clear the internal memory.
Thanks for any help guys.
