Problem placing calls with desired SIM
Hello there Dev! Thanks for developing this ROM and providing a new lease of life to my Gionee GPad G2.
I am facing one problem though. I made a call from SIM 1 but when I try to make that same call from SIM 2, I cannot do so even if I select SIM 2 while dialing. The call always connects through SIM 1. Even after disabling SIM 1 and trying again with SIM 2, the SIM 1 gets enabled automatically and dials the number.
Is there any solution or trick for this to work correctly?

No Such Problem occurs in my Gionee GPad G2......
Rom works very fine on my device. do reflash again ?
The developer can make a Rom with MIUI V6 for my my Gionee GPad G2.

Hey thanks that you loved it . It has a issue that It wont play videos directly because i forgot to pack HW LIBS for player, but you can use MX player SW mode.
And the news is I'm not using this device anymore , I had an project to mirgate this device to lollipop but though I don't have any device I close my projects.

Thanks for you reply.
I uninstalled the stock video player from this rom and installed previous miui rom stock video player, now videos play directly fine and in MX Player HW mode also fine.
please I request you to try to make a updated rom for this device.

Try to flash with Stock Rom, using PC,
and Root using Framaroot, and install Mobile uncle, and Install TWRP Recovery and Reboot in to TWRP

For now no.
But maybe in the future when I have time again. since its a long process (Asus have changed the system a lot)
I would just use Xposed framework (make sure to read up on it before use)

Yeah, managed to get Xposed Framework to work fine(nice tweaks and all).
But just asking, would the custom rom affect the performance of the tablet in any way?? Cuz its kinna laggy and after all, its a single core processor. XD

Hi I'm new to rooting and xda, and I wanted to know which link is for the latest firmware.
Stuck at loading when trying to root newest firmware
I was elated to find out that you have released an update to the root util of the newest firmware, however, after restarting the phone with all the correct files, it hangs on loading at start up. I read another person's reply that he had successfully rooted the newest firmware with the Me172vRootUtil_v0.3 package.
Is there any additional risk involved in rooting with that package or should I wait for a fix to the newest root toolkit instead?

I fixed it.
I found a restore and did put it on a SD card. Then everything went splendid.
After i wanted to try to install a new recovery on it. So i did the steps required to install a new one.
But under bootload the computer did not see the tablet. So im stuck at bootloader right now.
So if anyone know how to get out of it. PLEASE share.

I bought my first android tablet and its a me172v 16gb but it has no basic apps, not even google play store. It has a lot of test apps like battery testsuite and touch test. The build says asus-ME172V_WW_eng-4.5.4.12334547_20130205 test-keys. I have been searching all day but do not know how to just restore this to default factory version or anything that will provide me with google play store.. My Asus MeMo Pad 7 (ME172V) turns on by itself, very annoying
Hi everyone,
I'm new to this Android thing, I'm more of an iPad guy but I thought I could give this little thing a try in order to get more up close and personal with an Android tablet. I got that thing from a friend, and he said that it works fine but there is a catch. Whenever the thing is sleeping, it will wake up all of a sudden for no reason at all, then go back to sleep after 10 seconds, then eventually wake again, and so on. When the tablet is connected to a wall outlet or a USB port, it won't wake up like this.
Do you guys have a suggestion? This is driving me nuts.

Blocked in stock recovery mod
Hi everyone,
I'm writing this post because I'm hopeless in this moment. I have my ZTE v987 blocked in stock recovery mod ("android system recovery 3e") with no chance to flash or install any ROM or Firmware.
It happens to me when I tried to reflash CWM Recovery 6.0.3.7 with flash tool to reinstall Bruno Rom instead of MIUI ROM. I needeed to reflash because since when I installed MIUI ROM, the CWM rebooted by itself after few seconds, preventing from install any zip file.
Unfortunately, I flashed preloader and after that, my zte dead (it do not even power on).
However, reading some tread and many, many posts and guides about to unbrick mtk65xx, I find a solution (thanks to Bruno) to raise from the death my smartphone. Basically, I was able to flash my zte using flash tool and "ZTE V987 stock partitions" (posted by Bruno to another member of this comunity) but from that I'm blocked in android system recovery 3e.
Can everyone help me, please?

I found a solution and now my zte v987 works fine, but I have still some huge problems:
SIM not detected, pttycmd1 not found, NVRAM empty
Unfortunately, the only way to resolve these problems is to get another functioning zte v987 and make a backup with Mtk droid tools. So, I can make a radio and NVRAM restore.
There is nobody in my town with this model of zte smartphone and I can't do nothing to bring back my phone.
If anybody can help me posting this backup, I will appreciate a lot

I don't have V987 anymore, but fortunatelly I kept some old files on the computer. You can find in attachment my old V987 NVRAM backup. After flashing it you should change IMEI numbers.

I got my unlocked phone so I sent an email to the webpage where I bought it, but I have no idea if they will be able to help me, because I have been flashing my phone.
There is any solution? Any way to get the code or using my simcard without it?

I have the same problem after I flash "HTC ONE M8" firmware. I successful unlock first sim card with 12345678 code, but the second is still locked.

Unable to flash cutom ROM in Galaxy Star
I flashed CWM recovery 6.0.2. From there I flashed FaKikat zip. After reboot it showed Samsung logo and then black screen. I can see the screen is ON but it is not booting to home screen (even after 20 minutes). I also tried flashing T3 custom ROM but no luck. No I am able to install recovery ie CWM 6.0.2 or CWM 6.0.3 but I am not able to install any ROM.
I tried installing using Odin, Sideload but I face same issue. In CWM 6.0.3 I am not able to mount external SDcard and in CWM 6.0.2 I am not able to mount ext card as well as SD card.
What am I doing wrong? Do I need to install any firmware? If I need to flash anything additional provide the link to download.
try to flash CWM 6.0.3 it may be helpful or try to flash c.w.m 6.0.2 then flash 6.0.3 then try to flash fak kat rom

Note (NB) : After flashing Rom please don't flash fix.zip coz you will face problem in startup so first install the rom let it reboot as you return on homescreen you know you 'll see Samsung Startup so complete the procedure after you return to homescreen Boot in to recovery and flash Lp psy fix

update, after a few restarts, looks to be working now, but ROOT is LOST and cannot get it back with the community root kit. how do i recover my root so i can install a custom recovery??

Fast Battery Drain
I'm Experiencing a rather fast battery drain compared to the stock rom i had, The phone is like 2 weeks old i unlocked the boot loader and flashed CWM Recovery and then the Rom everything is working fine ofc there some slight bugs here and there but the thing that annoys is me is the battery drain issue
if possible can someone enlighten me what i should do? i read that this rom have an amazing battery life :/

Thank you, i installed your cm11 rom the other day and now i can say that i'm actually ok with my phone. before, it was really annoying, it was always stuck on something. but now...it just works. Thanks a lot, i hope you'll have the time to make an usable lollipop rom. This phone has like the same specs of new moto g 3rd gen released just a few days ago, so a lollipop rom should really work good on it.

i've flashed my G620s with cm-12.1-20150801-UNOFFICIAL-g620s and everything looked fine untill i tested phone calls. Every call hangs at the end: "Hanging up" is flashing. No matter if i make the call or someone is calling me. THe only way to dismiss it is phone reboot. That bug makes this ROM unusable :/ Is there a way to fix it?
Does cm-11-20150620-UNOFFICIAL-g620s also has this bug? If not then i'm going to just flash CM11.

..I'd like to install CyanogenMod 12.1 on my Huawei ascend g620s , its still unrooted , I sent an email to huawei asking for the unlock code for the bootloader but still havent got any reply so read about an alternative to root the phone .
Seen kingroot app and the phone is in the list of compatible devices so wondering can i use that app to root my phone or need however the unlock code ? ..if i can use the app can i install the ROM after root with king root and after TWRP installation ??
