Hi I have a LG F100S (LG OPTIMUS VU)
The phone is restarting itself sometimes and after uninstalling programs and files the programs and files are coming back. I also tried uninstalling from google play but programs keep coming back. Also my phone is giving warning as Unfortunately xxx. program.stopped.
I tried safe boot by pressing long to turn off and the device asked me to confirm safe boot but the restart was not in safe boot.
I moved the battery and placed it back (the battery is not removable its attached with a screw)
I try factroy reset from the app menu but it didnt worked as well.
I tried to delete files from settings / storage but files came back.
I tried to hard reset by key combination but i recieved the dead android robot with a caution mark in a triangle in his chest.
I tried to go in to recovery menu by pressing home touch button and I have the Android system Recovery 3e screen as:
Volume up/down to move highlight:
enter button to select
reboot sytem now
apply update from ADB
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition
I can highlight these options with volume keys where as I cant select it. I tried all of the buttons on my phone but can not be able to select any of these options.
My phone is not rooted. I also used LG Mobile Support tool to update my firmware from V40C to V40E the process done without anyproblems but when the phone restarted the firmware was same V40C.
My problem is my phone seem to be in a kind of boot loop. Maybe the clean master is causing the problem or some other software
I can use my phone for hours only I am receiving unfortunatelly.xxx.program.stopped. and I cant unistall programs or dlete files or install new programs.
hope I can take some help.
Note I searched the google and XDA for a solution but there was no helpful answer.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM???
NEW MESSAGE POPPED UP: the device is unable to boot beacuse either you have turned off the device incorrectly or tried to install an application from an untrusted source. press the volume up to reset your device or press any other button to cancel. this operation will delete all your personal data and restore the device to its factory settings.
You have to hard reset the device, like the message stated. If that doesn't do the trick, boot it in tricolor mode and reflash the ROM.
<SOLVED>
Problem solved. Factory reset. Good thing i had back-up.
I got a LG Doubleplay from a friend and he tryed to flash a rom on it and it went bad, so i try to put it in download to restore the phone but it won't stay in download mode.

howd you go to download mode and recovery
hi.
i used this to make restore
A master reset (factory reset) restores the original factory settings and erases all user data (including settings and downloaded content) stored in the phone's internal memory. It does not erase data stored on the SIM card or memory card (if available).
Note: If the handset is locked, frozen, or unresponsive, you can perform a master reset using the hardware keys instead of the menu.
To perform a master reset using hardware keys, follow these steps:
Back up all necessary data. See: Preparing for a master reset on Android.
Turn off the phone.
Note: If the phone is unresponsive and does not turn off, remove the battery and then re-insert it.
Simultaneously press and hold the Qwerty F and Qwerty A keys.
While continuing to hold the Qwerty F and Qwerty A keys, add the Volume Down key.
While holding the Qwerty F, Qwerty A and Volume Down key, press the Power/Lock key.
After you see the LG logo wait at least 10 seconds, then release all of the keys.
The Android Unpacking screen will appear, indicating the master reset is in progress.
The phone will automatically restart and complete the factory reset.
After finishing a clean install of JB and restoring my apps, all was working perfectly on my Maxx. I have used TiBu Pro for a couple years, but I've never used its encryption feature. Now that I'm on JB, I thought it might be worth a try, so I enabled it, then rebooted into recovery, then ran a fresh nandroid backup. It completed correctly, but when it rebooted afterward I got an error message that the encryption failed and I needed to do another factory reset to be able to use my phone again.
While that's certainly a crap deal, I wasn't too upset since I'd (literally) just finished a new nandroid, so I figured I'd do the reset, restore the nandroid, then disable encryption again and be on my way. No dice.
When I hit the button to start the reset, it just reboots back to the same error every time. If I boot into the on-board recovery panel (the one with the white letters) and try to go into recovery mode from there, it only boots into the dead Android robot with the "!".
I looked at TiBu's website and tried contacting TiBu, but have found no useful information yet. Has anyone else experienced this? Got any ideas on how to recovery this thing or break out of the cycle I'm stuck in?
Thanks!
***UPDATE***
Here are some more details to see if anyone else can help me work through this. I can only get to two possible reboot states at the moment. The first (when attempting a normal startup) boots through the initial boot image, then the first part of the boot animation. I see the red eye for a few seconds, then I get:
Encryption Unsuccessful
Encryption was interrupted and can't complete. As a result, the data on your phone is no longer accessible.
To resume using your phone, you need to perform a factory reset. When you set up your phone after the reset, you'll have an opportunity to restore any data that was backed up to your Google Account.
Click to collapse
Then there's a button that says "Reset phone" at the bottom (this is what makes me think the TiBu encryption is the culprit). If I hit that button, it just reboots to the same error every time.
The second reboot state is if I power down the phone completely, then boot into recovery by holding the Up/Down volume buttons and Power button for about 3 seconds. I get a black background with white text that says:
Boot Mode Selection Menu (0A.77)
Vol Up Selects, Vol down Scrolls
Available Boot Modes:
Normal Powerup
Recovery
AP Fastboot
BP SBF Flash
BP Only
BP HW Diag & Root AP
BP Tools
Click to collapse
If I try "Normal Powerup" I circle back to the first reboot state. If I try "Recovery" then it goes to the picture of the Android robot keeled over with a red "!" in his chest and I have to manually reboot it again.
I'm thinking that I might need to go to the "BP SBF Flash" mode and try to SBF back to the .211 file that's still on my sdcard, but it's just a guess (and, admittedly, the only other option I can think of that's even available at this point).
Anyone have any thoughts?
***UPDATE #2***
By pressing both the volume up/down buttons at the dead Android robot, I've now accessed the recovery menu I'm used to seeing (when doing nandroid backups) that lets me perform the factory reset. Unfortunately, doing the factory reset doesn't change anything, and I still boot up to the encryption unsuccessful message.
Not Titanium's fault
This is a side effect of Android's encryption, not Titanium Backup's; Titanium's encryption should only be visible when restoring backups from Titanium itself.

Yesterday I rooted my LG Optimus L9 using LGpwn tool, after that it worked just fine.
This morning I tried to install ClockworkMod Recovery. Using this post. It explains how to download and install CWM Recovery from app that you downloaded in form of APK.
This method did not work 100%, but I was able to reboot normally, so in post it said that sometimes it does not work and you need to download and use Busybox installer Link to busyboxx.
After this I managed to boot in too CWM using app from mentioned thread.
Then problem occurred. After I saw CWM was working I selected reboot device option.
Except now when it started to boot it stops right after Second LG logo (First is static one second one is animated).
I get white screen with "Encrypting" on top and gray line. And one Reset Phone button. IMG they are Dropbox links.
This is followed with Error : Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped. IMG
I am able to boot in too CWM and I have tried flashing something like Cyanogenmod but I get error Status 7. Tried removing line that checks model, no use.
Tried clearing every cache and fixing permissions, nothing. Formatted everything still no use.
Dear XDA community That you in advance.
I fixed my phone by going into SW upgrade mode, and using the Upgrade Recovery function of the LG Software Update tool or whatever. Be sure you don't have any http servers open
Sent from my LG-P769 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
I got the same problem, but when I try to access to SW mode and connect to LG Software Update tool to restore my phone, the phone keep disconnect and the phone screen will turn off, so I fail to restore my phone, I have already re-install the USB driver and changed a several USB cable but the problem still, but I tried to restore my phone with SW upgrade method since last night and is was OK, can anyone help me?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Problem Solve Finally, the solution is I plug the battery back to the phone after access to LGMobile Support Tool, and after finish the restore process, the phone will restart but keep boot loop, then I perform the hard reset (Remove the Battery and insert it after few seconds. And now do the 3 button HARD RESET. First press VOLUMEDOWN and HOMEbutton. Then Press Power button only for 3 seconds and release power button but dont release VolDown and Home button and KEEP BOTH PRESSING until you see a Bigger Green Standing Android and circulating Molecular structure above it. DONE! ), then the phone begin work~~~

Yesterday i rooted my htc wildfire s A120b model. Then after rooting i deleted the unwanted files . Accidently , i deleted system files . THis caused continious restarting of the phone. I then used power+ vol down key and did factory reset. Then after doing factory reset the device works
"only once" but you cannot access the home screen only notification bar (which gives acess to settings wifi etc). till the display is on the phone works then if the display is timeout or press power key it goes on continious restart again and you have to repeat the same process of factory reset.
even in recovery mode it gives red exclamation sign. and says e: cant open /recovery / command something like that
now my question is
Is there any way to get the deleted system files via usb cable connecting the pc?
plz help

A factory reset would not restore missing system files. It only wipes user data. It sounds like you don't have a custom recovery either so your only options are:
Unlock the bootloader and install a custom recovery and flash a rom
Run the RUU to restore the phone to stock
There aren't going to be any options to keep your data unless you enabled USB Debugging on the phone and the computer is able to recognize / access it.
