my sony xperia z ultra c6803 touch screen got cracked then i gave mine phone to local mobile service centre {not sony service centre} for touch screen replacement they changed new touch screen for 250$.
touch sensors works same as before but the real problem is when play hd videos i seen not good clarity like before nd feels some pixels naked FEELS I LOST MY OLD Z ULTRA
HELP ME DID THE SHOPKEEPER CHANGED MY HARDWARE {or} HE PUT DUPLICATE TOUCH SCREEN

Sony sourced screens from two different vendors, there is a thread somewhere on the subject.

I Ordered OEM Sony Xperia Z Ultra Original Touch Screen Digitizer , I Take Mobile my Local Service Center .They can Repaired Successfully
Price Cost For Repairing : 13,500 INR Material Charge + 200 INR
Total=13,700 INR
I Also Verify the That Material is Original is not
I Went to Sony Official Center,Then Verified With New Xperia Z Ultra It's Original Same Pixel Same Color Look Like as Original

Hi i was going to replace the sim card reader of the xperia z2 but couldnt do it, so i wanted to buy a new and ORIGINAL logical board for xperia z2.and are those logical board on aliexpress 100% original, you will find those if you search for "xperia z2 logical board" i cannot post the link.
and the main question is, do any of you guys/girls where i can buy fully original logical board for xperia z2,

Try looking on eBay for a Z2 with a broken screen at a decent price. The internals should still work fine.
I have all the Xperia Z2 D6502 parts available. Its a fully working motherboard. I also have the battery, Headphone jack, speakers, camera and all buttons but the body and screen is broken.

I'm thinking about replacing my current battery with li-ion battery instead, mostly because it's cheaper and it can "collect" more energy.
The problem is that it has to be charged properly and idk if the phone is able to do that.
Are there some people who are already using it, and if so, what's your experience?

I was under the impression that the z2 was packing a li-ion battery, and that the li-polymer stamp only was refering to the soft wrapping around the battery.
It may be i am wrong, but my battery have Li-ion with big letters on it, the polymer-bit is more of a fotnote in the text.

If you have problems with the display, you should replace it.
It's about $200
i recently replaced the touch & the LCD. It cost me about $40. They said the touch and the LCD comes as one unit. So had to replace the display too.
