Hmm you mean I add title for each image and then separately add hide image for each right ?

Yes, you can use Notepad ++ and its helpful Replace tool to easily do it
For example you have a thread with all the [/I] tags, what you have to do is replace:
[list]
[*][IMG] [COLOR="RoyalBlue"]with[/COLOR] [HIDE][IMG]
[*][/IMG.] [COLOR="RoyalBlue"]with[/COLOR] [/IMG.][/HIDE.]
[/LIST]
[I]Note: Do it without dots inside tags, i've used them to show the text instead of the BBCode parsed.[/I]
