I'm currently rooted, but my ftf is from another country. If I back up this TA, can I restore it on my own local ftf?

The best and simplest way to do this is to download odin to your pc then use it to flash phliz and use the root option in the recovery

If the kernel was on 4.4.4 and I'm on 5.0.2, will it Work?
Sent from my D6503 using Tapatalk
Root will but the phone won't boot. You'll need to flash a lp kernal before you can boot your phone
