So far I've had horrible experiences with my SM-G925T. I got it a month ago. First, the SIM got stuck, and I went to the LA Samsung store which was an hour away from me and they said they couldn't do anything. Naturally, I was furious since I spent all that time to drive over there, but eventually I just ended up sending it into the service center in Plano, Texas. That experience was surprisingly pleasant as the whole thing took about a week and I got my phone back fixed. So now, on to the current issue. I always leave my S6 charging overnight on the table next to my bed, with the night clock on. I always use the stock adapter fast charger. So, when I got up today I went to check my phone and strangely, the night clock still said 3 a.m. I went to touch my phone, and it was so hot that my hand immediately retracted as a reflex. Unfortunately, I did not have a temperature gun or anything, but it felt similar to a boiling kettle. This could have caused serious injury and / or a fire if I had not checked it when I did. The phone is completely unresponsive with the night clock stuck at 3 a.m. as mentioned before and I try to connect it to my computer via USB and it did not recognize it at all. There is no physical damage at all(see pics). I plan to contact Samsung and will update this post when I receive a response.

EDIT: The battery just died, I plugged it in to a charger, it booted up, and now everything is fine!

Out of the blue, for NO apparant reason, my display screen is suddenly full of "snow". The phone itself is working properly because I have the HDMI out cable and I can see everything working properly when I use my TV as an external display. While using the HDMI/external display, the touch-responsiveness is normal.
I did do one hard/factory reset, that did't fix anything. I get a similar screen when the phone is in the OFF position and charging (when you should normally just see the picture of a green charging battery icon.
I know this looks like the symptom of an impact or some other physical damage, but I take SUPER good care of all of my devices and there is no way that I caused any damage to it. Earlier today, I was using the phone and all was well then I put the phone in my pocket. About 3 mintues later, I pull it out of my pocket and this is what I see!
Has anyone seen anything like this? I bought this phone about 6 months ago from expansys-usa, so I assume it's under warranty, but if there's ANYTHING I can do here myself, I'd rather take care of it here.
I'm a fairly advanced ROM flasher and am pretty comfortable taking phones apart and getting them back together, but I don't want to open this one up if it will void my warranty with expansys/Samsung.
I welcome help/advice/thoughts.

Best thing for you to do if you've got warranty is flash a stock from specific to your product code like you got it. delete everything on your SD card related to Modding and get a replacement for your warranty. Looks like hardware problems

Somehow the battery of my mini pro found its way into the washing machine and made a complete wash cycle in there
Is it save to put it in my phone to check if its still working or can it damage my phone?

first thing is make sure your battery have really dry yet
then if you dare, try it to your phone
as far as i know, some electronic things is safe to be washed
but before use it, make sure it really have dry yet (like motherboard computer, its safe if you washed it, of course it have been plugged out from the case then use it when it dry)
sorry for my bad english
Best thing to do is get a new battery.
I for one wouldn't risk putting a 20 euro battery in my 250 euro phone.
Admit defeat and get a new battery, or you might have to suffer the consequences of screwing up a phone. If a single droplet is between the wrapping, it will turn into "steam" when it gets hot, and your phone might suffer damage due to the water that will eventually build up.
After over 3 weeks of drying i just risked it and its working fine. The phone even report the battery as "good"
use rice to dry the phone or battery.
Hello. I have a Moto G4 Plus, still under warranty.
One evening, I go out with some friends, my phone is working normally.
In a bar I pull out my phone and try to look for an image on google, the phone starts to display some odd behaviour (the show all open apps screen kind of half fills the display with the browser filling the other half). I figure I'll forget about it and check later, I press power and put my phone in my pocket.
I wake up the next morning to a phone that won't boot, and this screen:

When I try to put it into recovery mode, I get this screen:
Now I know that it says software status is 'Modified', but I swear, I have never modified this or any phone I have owned. I literally went out with friends one night with a working phone and returned with it in this state. I have tried going through official channels (Amazon won't replace it as they say the guarantee is with the manufacturer), it was sent to Motorola for repair but they refuse to repair it unless I pay 130 Euros, because they state it has been modified. I refused to pay that, and weeks of arguing with them that I have done nothing wrong went nowhere, so the brick has been returned to me.
I am trying to fix it myself, but it's proving very frustrating. Windows can't see the phone, despite me having installed Motorola Device Manager (which does see the backup Moto G3 I'm currently using, so that program is working correctly).
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Since 27/3/18 (2 days ago) I think some virus has infected my phone. My phone is not rooted.
Every time I lock the phone it comes up with, per exempleur, the attached:-

. Also things like the (see the left-hand side) are popping up all the time. I am going out of my mind!!
I've tried all advice I can see online. I've installed Anti-Adware; Zemana Anti-Virus; MalwareBytes; CCleaner. I've deleted one or two questionable apps (not that they were added in the last two days or anything...). I've also followed the various guides about turning off ad-personalisations and opting out of ads etc through Google settings etc, though they keeps coming up.
What can I do save for factory resetting the entire device? How did this happen?
Interestingly, don't know if it's relevant, though a couple of nights ago (immediately before all this started) I was woken up at 2am by my phone making a horrendous noise. I couldn't turn the noise off I couldn't turn the phone on or off. I had to hold the three buttons and do a hard reboot. It felt like some kind of thing had taken over and I had no control of it. Now it's the same in a way... I think they might be linked.
HELP!!
Back up your data , do factory reset , unistall all app what you don't need if the problem is still there , then the problem is in your firmware .
I bought a used but mint LG V30 on Swappa several months back, which replaced a Note 3 that I bought brand new basically the day it came out (so yes, I was using a 5 year old Note ). Battery life was excellent (obviously, compared to the Note, which had gone through three batteries in its life). Lately, however, I have hit a snag. When I'm outside in the daytime using the phone, the battery drops very quickly. Inside, in the evenings, on an airplane, it's seemingly fine. It also does amazingly well on stand-by. It seems like it'll stay charged for two days if I don't touch it.
This daytime thing though... Here is an example from today, just a few hours ago.
This was after not charging it at all last night, and then leaving it on a wireless charger at the office for a bit (the two spikes). You can see that any use causes an immediate drop. This is autobrightness on, and it's at 100% outside
At 83%

2 min later, 82%
2 min later, 81%
Then I took it off auto-brightness and stuck it on 48%. I was able to get 6 min out before a 1% drop.
Unfortunately, outside, anything short of 75% or so is essentially unreadable.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? Here's everything been running (and yes, I lost another 5% with 10 min of use.
