[Q] phone might not be rooted properly. Plz help!

Hi,
I am using a htc explorer A310e. I proceeded to root the phone yesterday and the entire process got done perfectly. After the process I installed rootchecker and I was informed that I had successfully rooted my device. After this, I proceeded to install a custom ROM ( The S.H.T.D ROM from this site: theappjuice.com/best-htc-explorer-custom-roms.
After flashing Superuser, and the ROM files as well, my phone seemed to be ok.
Today, I downloaded link2sd on my phone and tried to move apps from my phone memory to the external (I followed the protocol of making partitions on the ext. memory first etc..)
I open the link2sd app>
I'm looking at a box that required me to select the file system of my SD card's second partition>
I select ext2 and click ok>
I'm given a root access warning message ("Link2sd could not obtain root access. If you have root access make sure you respond 'Allow' or 'Grant' to the superuser request.")
So, I go open the Superuser app and I proceed to update my su binary (as per a few tutorial videos I watched).
I try to update. It successfully proceeds up to the point where "Download new binary_okay!"
But then next, "Gaining root access_fail!"
I tried plenty of things like clearing the data for superuser app and then trying again, rebooting my phone etc. Nothing is helping.
After trying everything I could, I looked into the Rootchecker app again and Now I'm told that my phone does not have proper root access.
Please help me. I'm so worried. I'm starting to think the rooting process didn't happen properly and my phone might end up being bricked. :|
(p.s. I'm very new to this. This is also my first time rooting.)

If you want to avail this feature to move apps data to sd card you need to root the phone(Use kingo app for rooting) and install gl2sd app from playstore.
This app will copy the huge data of bigger games and few apps to sd card. That way you will be able to free up lots of space. You can then install many heavy data games on your phone and enjoy.
But yes you have to root the phone first. If you're afraid of warranty, then don't worry you can make the status back to official and get the warranty back. There a tool called triangle away to do that. So, if you want to have this feature then root. Go ahead and try if needed and enjoy. Cheers ! ! !:good:
Let me know if any issues.

Out of Space : Unable to install some apps
Hi everyone!
Pardon me, I'm just new here, I signed up bcoz I'm losing hope now.
I'm having issue installing "some" apps on my phone. (some are installing)
Search and tried TS steps found online to no success.
TS steps done:
Restarted the phone
Clear Cache on the recovery mode
Clear cache on each application through setting>application manager
Clear cache using android assistant
Tried the MMI code *#9900# and deleted dumpstate/logcat
Deleted the "mysterious large file" .thumbdata
Checked and deleted some odex files
Checked and deleted files under android/data
Installed Lucky patcher (no troubleshooting option)
Unable to install logcat
Unable to search appslib or app-lib
Phone information:
Galaxy grand quattro
Not rooted, stock ROM
phone memory : 1.74GB/ 5GB
SD card 1.5GB/ 32GB
Running process (under applct'n manager): 662MB used, 219MB free
RAM status : 568MB/845MB
I can just reset my phone to factory default but that's just avoiding the problem, I would like to resolve the root cause of the problem. (without rooting the phone)
I believe that we can resolved this issue.
Thank you in advance.

First of all make your phone rooted (then only you can delete modify files) use odin to flah CWM recovery and install superSU with CWM, some apk need root access ( like lucky patcher, root explorer) then use root explorer and go to sdcard/andriod /data and delete only the files which are not working and then try to install them it will work.
Here is the link to rooting :

Stuck in a crazy perdicament! Please help!

Hey all,
Okay so my best friend is a quadriplegic..He gave me a Digix Tablet model Tab-730,android 4.0.4,base band V1.10_20120929,kernal ver,3.0.8+,4 gb external card and 2 gb internal, to root so I could help him get the most out of his device with accessibility and such..Anyways I successfully rooted it with Bin5ary,and now I have a huge issue I cant fix....
Every time I reboot,it factory resets itself..Every time still showing superSU as an active app..
Then I cant install more than 1 app without it saying its full and to manage my apps..
I read online its a problem with busybox and to copy /system/sbin/busybox to system/bin and reboot..First of ll theres no /system/sbin/busybox to begin with because I cant get busybox in the system...I can make changes with a good file manager downloaded apk from my email, but cant install busybox after..I can install busybox first but then my stock file manager isnt letting me access root!
Please help my buddy and I out! Endless thanks to anyone who can!

Lenovo tab 3 710f?

Hello!
I have this "F" tab and its very hard to find any custom rom that works.
I tried install some that was to the "I" version, they dont even install.....
I managed install Cyanogenmod....but I would like to have Android 6 or never.
Is this even possible?
Why I want 6 is the adopted storage...the main problem with this tablet is the too small 8Gb rom memory!
I want use SD card to applications....
Im a newbie with rooting etc...managed to install TRWP and now this cyanogenmod, but now I lost root access too
Nevermind!
Asked in another forum also about this and the answer was that my tablet too weak to run Android 6+...
I got root just booted to TRPW and choosed reebot and then it asked if I want root...choosed yes!
After that tablet started and it asked me to install super su from playstore, since I dont even have playstore I just downloaded SuperSu app to my phone and did a backup APK that I sent via bluethoot to this tablet. Voila tablet rooted again.
Then installed Link2SD app (in the same way)...
Did partion my SD card in my computer, first as FAT and second as EXT4....
Now I have a lot of memory to install apps in my tablet!
