Titanium Backup integrate update into Rom changes name of app - Samsung Galaxy Mega

I had a small app that I converted to a system app a long time ago.
since then I have updated the app not rally thinking about it
recently I look at at the backups and they all had a ? in them
i made a new one it was the same
there was no link to convert app back to a user app
but there was a link to integrate update into Rom
So I thought that was the problem. i did the integration knowing nothing about it.
it changed the name to "res/xml/prefrences.xml 3.0.4" and wouldn't run.
im in the prosses of completely deleting any trace of it and reinstalling a previous early version so its not even name the same.
any idea what happened?

Is there something wrong ... ???

Recently I got a security and some minor OTA updates on my SM-G925I and after fully updating it, I was surprised to see that a battery saving app called Shutapp got installed into the system partition of my phone (i,e. it became a system app). Because when I tapped on "Edit" there is no negative sign shown on the upper right corner of it's icon for uninstalling !
Has Samsung integrated it on this update or is there some sort of error occurred while updating? (P.S. My phone wasn't rooted at all)! Anyone noticed that same change or is it just me?
(It's a nice battery saving app BTW )

I'm going to close this thread since you have resolved your issue.

Did a firmware update - Settings menu keeps repeating itself down a column

Hello,
hope this is the right section.
I've just done a firmware update on my Meizu M6 Note to the latest build: "Flyme 7.1.0.0G
and after looking in the settings menu, I've ended up with this
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I think this might have occurred because I previously had attempted to remove the "Meizu Account" section from the settings menu earlier this year.
So now the database seems to be mixed up a bit.
I don't really want to completely format/reset my phone just to fix this.
I've extracted the settings apk using Titanium Backup, but I'm having an issue finding what I need with HxD & Notepad++ in order to correct this.
What can I do to sort this out?
Thanks

Click to expand...
Click to collapse
Any app which came with the stock/custom ROM can be restored by flashing the same full stock/custom ROM again. This is the safest way. Without even knowing the name of the app, it is difficult to advice you in any other way.
