You better contact HTC. The battery isn't supposed to be owner serviceable.

I didn't replace it, but it's easy.
Might try one of these high capacity ones out you see.
Is it really a 1750 battery in as standard? One of the YouTube videos I've seen i noticed the battery pulled out had 1500 written on it!

Not sure how much they'll charge (Sprint or elsewhere) as I do my repairs myself. You can get the part on eBay for $18 and it looks like it's just a matter of prying off the rear cover and unscrewing the speaker.
