{HELP} Z2 D6502 damaged main board - Xperia Z2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Dear All,
I am an owner of QTY:2 sony xperia z2 D6502.
two weeks ago I took one of them with me to the pool to snap some under water pics for my son where the water directly entered inside the handset and screen started to flicker for like 10 seconds before going black.
long story short, i ended up with a damaged main board not able to run the display and the digitizer, all other functions of the phone is working as it should.
now i need to have access to the phone to back up my applications data.
I did lots of search and found the following program "droid at screen" that can let me control the phone from my PC, but needs to have the USB debugging mode enabled.
using an external keyboard i was able to unlock the lock screen password and scrolled thru settings and i have successfully enabled the usb debugging mode.
afterward and when the program is trying to connect to the phone, a dialog box appeared on the handset itself needed to be confirmed in order to let the pc have access to the phone, and i have no idea how i can achieve that in this condition, as the dialog box is disappearing as soon as i disconnect the the usb cable from the phone.
any one can help me solve this matter?
Thanks.
Elie.

any help?
Elie.

[Q] Recovering data from a Galaxy S3 with damaged screen?

Yesterday I dropped my Galaxy S3 GT-I9300 softly on the floor, but immediately I noticed that there was a problem with the screen: the glass was not broken, but colours were abnormally green, with a horizontal white line at the top of the screen, and a little circular dead zone in the upper left corner. I could still use it. But a few hours later, the light intensity of the screen had progressively and drastically decreased, and the phone could no longer be used. Today, the screen is totally black…
All data was saved on the external card, and I thought that Gmail synchronization would have saved my agenda. So initially, it did not seem like a too big problem, except for the cost of screen replacement, but when I realized that my calendar synchronization had not been not properly configured, the problem suddenly became more serious! My main problem is now data, not screen!
When the phone is on, and connected to my PC via an USB cable, I can only access two folders on the phone: “Card” and “Phone” (the external card is still in the phone). I have the original ROM, the phone is not rooted.
Do you think that my calendar data is there somewhere? I don’t know where to find it.
I’m afraid that all data will be lost if I send back my phone to the reseller's after sales service.
Alternatively, is there a mean, with an HDMI adapter and an external screen, to use the phone anyway: only the display does not work, the rest of the phone seems OK. The touch screen still worked fine yesterday, when I could still see something. Will I see anything on the TV when touching the phone screen? It would be wonderful if I could just reconfigure my synchronization, in spite of that black screen, and thus recover my agenda data via my Gmail account, before sending the phone to the after sales service.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Search exact same question been asked before and i believe a workaround was found .

You can use ADB to make a backup of all your apps + data. However USB Debugging must be enabled for this to work. Is it enabled on your device?
If yes, there are a lot of guides on how to backup your phone`s content such as Apps + Data.
One such guide is this: http://www.thesuperusersguide.com/adb-backup--restore.html
No, I had not activated "ADB debugging" and without screen, it seems a little bit difficult to do it now, thus precluding "ADB" use. That's why I was wondering if there was a possibility to use the phone with an external screen via a MHL-HDMI adapter, assuming the touch screen still works… Any idea?
yes, just do that. you can also access adb from recovery without having to enable anything
I am now pretty sure that touch screen is OK. Even if I don't see anything, swiping the screen to unlock it produces the usual sound. So I won’t do anything until I get a MHL HDMI adapter. I think it is the simplest way, if that works… I keep you informed in a few days. Many thanks

Galaxy S3 black screen after drop but still working

My partner recently dropped her SGS3 from about 2 feet onto the floor. It was in a rubber case (ZeroLemon battery case) but the screen is now black. It's not cracked at all and the digitizer still works fine and the phone rings and if you touch the screen in the right place you can answer calls etc.
For a few days prior to this there were occasional lines on the screen and I suspected a loose connection at the time. After the drop and the screen going black I took it apart and sure enough the ribbon cable to the screen had popped off. I have put the cable back on but the screen is still black. When turning the phone off and on, the backlight does flicker on for a split second but there is no graphics on the screen visible. Even booting into download or recovery mode nothing is visible on the screen.
It was running CWM recovery (I can't remember which version) and CyanogenMod 10 (unsure of the exact version) and we desperately need to access some data from the phone, particularly the contacts and text messages. Is there a way we can recover this or gain remote control of the phone from a computer at all? I've seen several posts about using the SDK and ADB to do this but USB debugging is disabled so this wouldn't be an option. I've also read that it's possible to get an adb shell to enable debugging from CWM but can't seem to find any clear instructions on how to do this, I've booted into CWM and tried the adb tools but it does not list the phone.
Can anyone advise why the screen wouldn't work after plugging it in again? Or is there any other way to control the phone from a computer without usb debugging being enabled? My partner is desperately trying to access her google account and this phone is the only device that's logged in and is her only hope to recover the account.

Broken Display, Flight mode on, No USB Debugging - Help

So I've been searching Google all day and still can't find a way around all this...
Phone (Nexus 5) got the black screen of death, where a connector on the motherboard gives up due to heat/old age. It only then works by applying pressure to the connection. The digitizer would sometimes play up and I'd have to press on the spot to write emails and texts. My phone got the the point where it became unusable and the digitizer started spazzing out, in that, the flight mode button got pushed, now the screen doesn't work at all.
So heres my dilemma..
Since I flashed Android 7.1 the USB debugging mode has never stayed on through a reboot and is currently off. That ruins my Vysor option to control the phone via usb. Theres a post about a guy who turned on USB debugging via Cerberus which I have, but with flight mode on that rules that out. I've managed to find my way into recovery and ADB works but I have plenty of issues, maybe because I had to use SUhide atc after 7.1 decided to clamp down on rooted devices with banking apps, snapchat etc. My Slimport hdmi adapter isn't working well but I guess thats a cheap fix and will allow me to at least see the screen, (no digitizer though). Other option is to use usb otg to connect a mouse and try things blind.
So are there any other ideas out there? ADB still may work, I got Boot.img onto my computer, but had trouble unpacking it.

Screen android phone broken, no USB debugging on, mouse working no visual

Hi guys,
My screen recently died. Before fixing it at a specialized shop, I want to retrieve the data from the phone. Sadly the phone is pattern-locked and until I unlock it I can't access the data when I connect it to my PC. The screen is essentially dead. The image is almost totally black except for small layer in left top corner and the touch sensor is unresponsive, but other than that the phone works and receives notifications and so on.
USB Debugging mode isn't active on the phone and thus I can't replicate the screen of the phone on my PC through software alone, when I connect it via micro-USB. I also didn't think of this problem in advance and I'm not registered on Sony's FindMyMobile or any similar apps.
I tried using a HDMI-MHL adapter and I confirmed that the phone is indeed working because I'm able to get the phone screen's image on my TV. The problem is I can't actually interact with the phone because as I said earlier the touch sensor is not working.
The HDMI-MHL adapter I've used also seems to have a micro-USB port but that seems to work for power only. If I connect a USB-OTG cable on it and connect a USB mouse to it I get image but no mouse. If I connect the USB-OTG and the mouse, alone, I get a mouse cursor but I can't see what I'm doing (phone vibrates as I 'try' and draw the unlock-pattern blindly).
So, Sony Xperia Z3 Compact screen is dead, I wanna connect my Xperia to my TV via HDMI AND use a mouse at the same time to control my phone. Is this possible_
I also thought of another option... go to recovery mode and flash a zip that removes lock. I thought of trying step by step (switch keyboard and TV al the time just to get at point where I can find zip file and flash it). Unfortunately in recovery mode the phone does not allow to stream to TV. It only works when phone is after SIM lock.
Two additions: by removing and re-installing ADB on my laptop my phone is unauthorized. Only a matter of clicking on yes/allow on phone but that's not possible and TWRP 3.1.1-0 is installed.
Anyone any clue? I know I ask a lot but I'm searching the internetz for 2 days now and I'm devistated.
THNX a great bunch!!!
ciao

PS Copy/paste a part of the text from a guy from the internet who had exactly the same problem as I did but his thread ended a few months ago without result.
Just 30 minutes after my post I magically had all the dots correct and that blind!!! So turned on USB debugging and got rid of lock pattern. It was a nice three days of my life Guess there was no solution than getting lucky like I did or screen replacement and getting all your data removed.
ciao

Stuck on final step to access Xperia phone

Hi
My screen is damaged (black) and unable to use touch.
I just want to backup all my data.
I bought an OTG cable, and put a torch to the screen.
After 30 minutes of tracking lines and dots I was able to unlock the pattern password.
I plugged in the phone to the PC, but then dialogue message asks to choose between charging and file transfer.
Obviously I can't do this as I unplugged the OTG cable.
I tried various remote control apps over wi-fi but none work, my SD card slot is missing so can't go that way.
I'm stuck on something so simple, please anyone know how to get past this?
Found another app to remotely transfer directory/files over wifi
