Hello friends. HTC bought a new one m8s . I want to build a CyanogenMod after the horse I want to root, root this device. Developers recovery was ready my custom ? If you have come to the phone when the advanced custom software, preparation of recovery or ROM ? If you know the links you share with me.

I m a newbie to android world ..... I bought my HTC wildfire(Buzz) around 4 months back...now i m planning to root my phone and add another ROM (cyanogenmod 6.1) to it....
i would request you to help me with detail guide on :-
1) how to root my phone
2) how to take a back up of your stock ROM
3) and finally how do i install the ROM.
I m from India and currently on Android 2.2.1(Stock ROM)
Please share your wisdom...

I have Alcatell ot-990 android 2.2.2 foryo
when i use superonetouch to root my devicre its doesn't boot up and restart again and again .
never works and its back to work when i un-root it .
any one can help me plz hurry bcz i can't use any root features and need it very much to upgrade my android .
and if you can suggest me any rom to work with after rooting to work with plz tell me .

I'm here, because i have a Umi Cross MTK6589T since one year, but now, when i search new ROM there is no Kitkat Rom ! Only 4.2.1, before i had a Galaxy Note 2 and make my proper rom and it was great ! But now, it's really painful to find a KitKat ROM for MTK phones ! Someone have an idea where it possible to find a kernel or something for upgrade the phone ?
I can't find any MTK6589T with a Kitkat ROM, or any guide or tutorial for make a new rom ! If someone have an idea, will be really great ! I missing my Note 2 .. When i see all the updates and ROM available ..

first of all, I am new to XDA forums, but i read most of the threads and stuff,
So, heres my question, I have a Panasonic P81 (Its rooted with cwm recovery, thanks to xda )and i want to create my own custom ROM.
Like, I am on my stock ROM and the internet doesn't have a, suppose Touch wiz ROM for my Panasonic P81, So how do i make a working one on my own?
Its like Porting a stock rom to become my custom rom ( without losing root obviously).

My problem is as follows:
Finally, I have access to root phone Alcatel Idol 2 Mini , but I'm having some problems.
1. I need to Rom Android Lollipop or Kit Kat be Cyongenmod or rom build a new source on Alcatel 6016d Source
2. i have extracted recovery from phone and tried to convert it into cwm with cwm builder but i have error i need cwm or twrp recovery ( i found it on 4pda.ru but download link deleted)
i can upload original recovery if any one can build cwm or twrp in it .
