How can I display the notification screen without tapping on the top status bar?
Meaning, I have big fingers, so it's difficult to tap the thin top status bar to display the notifications screen (the screen that shows connection status, new text message notices, etc).
So, I am looking for a way to create a shortcut that will display the notification screen without the hassle of trying to tap on little status bar to display it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Click to collapse
+1 I want that for a long long time and i have no clue how to make that shortcut.
In Android we can do that but in winmo i don't know.
Ok,
found a solution, install mortscript and then just run the attach script
you can assign this script to a shortcut in screen or assign it to a hardware key
this script is only a mouse click simulation. if you change the coordinates you can point the shortcut to perform a click in a different screen location
done
CHT has the widgets for notifications. You should try it, if haven't yet.
I noticed the other day that when i close out of some apps it causes an image to appear behind the notification bar (only when its not open). Sometimes its just text and sometimes it reflects my background or home icons.
The only app that does it is Bike Race, if i don't open the app then its fine.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
Hi,
I had recently "lost some pixels" in my Sony Xperia due to a fall - they are all located on the top of the screen.
On the one hand, nothing serious has happened and so the phone is fully functional.
EXCEPT for the top row of pixels, where (thanks to the developer tools) there is no response - It doesn't
identify me touching the screen there.
I'm looking for a simple app that simply lowers the notification bar when pressing it. That's all.
I actually found some (i.e.Open Notification Bar app)
but for some odd reason, they all require internet access.
Why would anything like that require internet access?!
Can anyone supply a simple apk that does the minute and simple action of opening the notification bar via app icon?
Thanks.
Hey everyone got a question hopefully someone knows how to correct. Randomly about a week ago the notification / status bar has turned solid white blocking out the time, signal strength, app notifications etc. However this only happens when I'm on one of the home screens or in the app drawer. As soon as I open any app, the bar reappears. I've tried changing every setting I could think of. Nothing seems to bring it back. Any ideas? I attached two screenshots showing the difference.
Nobody has any ideas?
I am having some strange issue with the notification bar.
Apparently when I try to slide down the notification bar when I am in other apps the slide down does not work. It works only when I am on the initial screen and slide dow starting at the middle of the screen.
When I Restart the phone it goes back to normal for a while then the problem appears again.
I've recorded a video with the issue (link below)

Can anyone help?
