as you are rooted the update will fail. If you want the update AND root you need to flash the corresponding prerooted firmware.

if you unlocked your bootloader do not update your xperia by this way you will brick your phone!

If it's approved for installation, than yes you can install it on your device.
Hi folks,
So I have root (Magisk), TWRP and bootloader unlocked, I just received a notification from a update for my device, what happens if I install this update? Can I install it or I'll brick my phone?
I guess this update just bring bugs fix and security patch update, but it's a kind of weird cause it's 1,3GB.

It will fail to install. If you want to install OTA update, you need to return your boot and system partitions to stock state (more info for example here).
