C6833 Cannot flash gpe 5.1 ports - Sony Xperia Z Ultra

As title says I've tried in each and every way, both scrubbers port and hybrid ROM and I keep getting update failed, I have done full wipes and used twrp, cwm, philz, tried from stock ROM from 4.4 ROMs 5.0.2 ROMs, flashed system & boot via both flash tools before and after flashing rom and still nothing... Anybody have any tips fixes or any othwr solutions???!
I am currently on crdroid rom (obviously unlocked BL)
Here's an image of the message I receive on boot

Ok so now I'm back on stock and tried flashing rockz kernel and got the same deal.... I have also noticed that internal memory isn't partitioned correctly, as in I have all my files in a folder called 0 in my internal memory (which is also 0 but empty ) anything I download ends up in the first folder, even my twrp backups are there (infact in twrp I can't find them in order to restore!!!)

ive just flashed a stock ftf so i'll be starting from scratch, once ive finished rooting and adding recovery i'll have another crack at it!!
and thanks by the way, i realise now reading my previous post it seemed quite rude!!!

From stock ftf no problems at all!!!! I think something was wrong with the internal sd partition, I gave a complete flash to stock, rooted from scratch, flashed latest twrp and then flashed kernel in fastboot followed by hybrid rom and all is well!!!
Cheer for the support dude!!

I have rooted my XS, and tried various roms, but all come up with the same issue, no phone memory. there are no extra apps on there, and the internal storage is pretty much empty, so i cant figure why this is.

I think it's the same memory with 2 partitions, all you have to do is trying or maybe a factory reset?
You have this problem even without rooting the phone?maybe try another firmware?

Which kernel do you have cause doom kernels install the wifi modules with the zip package so no need to install it separately.

Root the new JellyBean [build 6.2.A.0.400] [UB and LB]

For Unlocked Bootloader
OK, its simple and almost anyone can do it. Just follow the steps and you will get a working root access
1. Flash the JellyBean build
2. Download and put this flashable zip (Superuser) in the root of the SD Card Download here
3. Flash any ICS kernel, I recommend ThP because there is a Power Off option and its easier Link Here (And yeah, if you are asking yourself if the ICS kernel will work on JB, it wont. The phone will stuck at bootloop.) or Nemesis Kernel
4. Flash the zip and power off the device from recovery
5. Flash the JellyBean kernel. It can be found here LINK
6. Power on the device and Enjoy !
I am working on TWRP for the new JellyBean kernel, stay tuned !
Method 2
Flash ThP Kernel HERE. It has autoroot function

For Locked Bootloader
There are some regions where OTA update is available. Some of you might try the following:
- root any ICS ROM
- install ОТА Root Keeper
- update via OTA
NOTE:
If you have country problems in which the update isn't available yet, try changing the SI codes. The method can be found here.

I don't know why that won't work. I've used it heaps of times. The only thing I can think of is a bad download, but you can use any "kitkat compatible" recovery. I'll link you some different ones. As before once you flash it, reboot straight to the newer recovery and flash CM12 from there

You cannot go back to 6.0 because the bootloader is now for 7.* I would advise you to flash stock 7.0 again and follow the upgrade path to 7.1.1 found here:
https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/how-to/how-to-update-to-official-7-1-1-moto-z-t3640298
Alternatively, you could flash a custom ROM. If you use Moto Mods then you can flash Resurrection Remix with Mods support.

It looks like you did an incomplete fastboot flash.
It is a long and tedious process but here is a windows batch file that automates it:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B3gcDbDvV4Mkc1JJR0J3ZWh6a3M/view?usp=drivesdk
Another solution is to flash this https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-z/development/rom-erfanrom-flashable-zip-t3646962 in TWRP DO FULL WIPE FIRST

I see that you are posting on the other thread. What is the truth?
You need to flash the modem file twice. For some reason it doesn't always flash properly the first time and you need to flash it again. I do recall somewhere somebody mentioning not to use batch scripts to flash as you can miss some flashing issues occasionally. As stated previously, once you are on the 7.x bootloader, there is no way to roll back unfortunately. Try reloading the full firmware through fastboot and make sure you flash the modem twice. I recently had a similar issue on a Moto X Style and I had to flash the modem twice to fix WiFi issues.
Hope this helps.

Backup-Restore function working fine so far, only issue I am seeing is phone is heating up pretty faster than before while backing up in compression mode.
Another minor thing is that earlier when entering recovery mode a purple light used to blink, now its missing.
Just saw this now and I'm really grateful. Big ups to you, man. Great work.
And I was afraid there would be no 3.2.1 for this device;

Weird. Try using flash tool to fastboot the image if the flashable zip doesn't work for you.
Updated from TWRP, backup/restore works, no problems so far apart from it needs more than a minute till TWRP GUI appears after boot. Thanks for update.
Do you use the stock kernel? I installed the recovery built by oshmoun in the omnirom thread. It uses the aosp kernel. It starts faster, has a better sdcard naming and can flash oem images. Maybe you could try this kernel.
I use stock kernel (Pexorom 4.5) so this may be the reason for the delay.
I mean the kernel used with the recovery, not the rom kernel.

This is what i did. Download img, place file on phone. Download twrp app, pick choose a file, browse to recovery.img, flash. Power off, boot to recovery = win.

Certainly missed ODM LOIRE v12, v11 is installed.
Not really sure is the latest bootloader.
Does restoring a backup change the bootloader as well?
Edit: Solved: the answer is 'yes'.
3.2.1 does not work @7.1.2 restore because of outdated bootloader.

What I do not understand, maybe bootloader or encryption, but why is 3.2.1 not backwards compatible on Suzu?
Is Omni 7.1.2 kernel (more I have not tried) or not current boot loader the reason?
