Guess this would be a better place to ask this. Guys, I bricked my optimus hub. I'm stuck at lg screen with wrong recovery installed (recovery-RA-optm-2.2.1-GNM.img) so it doesn't get into any mode I've tried (and trust me, I have really tried all of them that are possible ).

FACELOCK for L7 ICS
As the title says, this is a mod that adds the unblocking of the terminal with the face of a person.
This is an adaptation that I've done for the L7, (should work both the L5 as the L3).
INSTALLATION
- Download Facelock_L7_ICS.zip and copy it to the SD card from the phone
- Enters the recovery from ROM Manager either, with the phone off press Vol+ Home and Power, once displayed the logo of LG release the keys.
- Install zip, and search the Facelock_L7_ICS.zip in the SD

Public in several forums I mainly public in todomovillg.es. This does not mean that once you publish directly on XDA, in fact I do it often, passing through the section Optimus 2X and check it.
To be the first publication in todomovillg.es discharges are made from there (is a unwritten rule), although there are people who do not respect this rule...
Do you?, maybe because the author will make updates, and the download link will change. With this we ensure that download is the latest update, without the need to go by editing the post every time you update the zip or whatever, and pass is a form of "thank" with visits to the author of the topic.

Not overly interested in this, but the Vote you refer to is closed.
Definitely don't want a MIUI-inspired kiddy-styled Fisher-Price UI... no wonder most Oppos are sold with CM on board now...

I hate color os, and it is only 4.2.2.
We have an unofficial port ATM, @OptimusRs made a kernel for us d800 users and I've been trying to figure out how to add vibrate option to it without any luck. Also, every time I start typing it doesn't matter which app it is, that app FC's, I tried fixing permissions and no luck. So if we get an official ColorOS port that woulb be awesome. I had the Find 5 and then moved to G2. So I can;t wait:laugh::good:
The ColorOS for the G2 has already been available for downloading. I wanted to start a thread in the development section... and just found out that new users couldn't post...

I was wondering, Which Roms have Support for the LG V30+, As I recently unlocked my phone, and it seems as though most are meant for the H930 or the H932, So I was wondering if there were any available to the US998?

Why don't you read the Root Sticky Guide?
It answers all your questions. Start with Post #2. "H93O" is generic name for almost all V30 variant LOS ROMs. Simplistic explanation is they are sort of mis-named and can't be changed. There's a more "technical" explanation, but that will suffice.

Glad to help, but I wrote the Root Sticky Guide so people wouldn't have to ask so many questions -- either about rooting or custom ROMs. And yet someone else today dug up some almost 2 year old thread to simply ask how to bootloader unlock and root their phone.
Have my v30+ us998 updated to pie stock rooted already, if I try any custom ROM and have issues and restore back my backup,, will I still have issues?

I don't believe so, As those issues are due to the ROM, and not anything else(Couldn't think of the word), But you should be fine, If you do end up restoring a backup.
