I know that many of these questions are already answered but i couldn't understand how to do it so here it goes.
I know how to install custom roms/radios/mods etc on HD2 but only on WinMO.
I saw on a friends HD2 android software and i really loved it.
I have a custom rom on my hd2 (omega v14.4/radio 2.10.50.28_2) and i need your help to install ANDROID on it.
Is there a dual bootloader or a specific procedure to run android?
I have to format the phone and install only android on it or there are both on the phone?
Which is the best ROM so far for it?
Battery consumption/signal/gps etc remain functionable like in WinMO?
Thanks for your help! Waiting for your answers!
read the posts and you will find your answers, installing android is simple enough just copy over the android folder to the sd card, all this is covered in the stickies and many other posts in the android area
Thanks for the reply.
You know... it's my first time and i dont want to brick my phone
Could you point out to me a good stable rom? Are the android roms for everyday use or still in pure development?
Thanks. I managed to do it. A few things dont work though but it's very nice and fast!
Hello and first of all I am completely new at this so any help would be great. I plan on releasing a ROM if I can get the hang of this so please don't complain that I'm just a noob trying to do something he can't.
Second this is my first time in development for Android and I have been experimenting with the SDK but I was wanting to know some questions first.
One is that how to I get the x10 specific add-on for the SDK since Sony Ericsson is gone the page that used to have it is now gone. Second is there any special things to compile the rom?
Sorry for the very noob sounding questions but I am completely new, my main reason for this is a learning thing. I want to learn for college and other reasons and I decided to make my project developing for the x10.
Thanks for help in advance.
go to chef central...
over there u can find a lot of cheff...
or search for "APKTOOL" and "android kitchen"
tool for decompile and more
Thanks, I'm searching the internet furiously for documents and other information, my first goal is to simply compile a stock android rom and get it working once I figure that out I'll work on learning to how make custom roms.
hey guys, I have learnt how to use Kitchen and got a successful rom! It is just another build of the default SE rom but it means it works.
My only question here is now do I get the system from stock android and replace the SE ones with it? I don't want to start removing things in case it doesn't work.
Hi guys greetings from Venezuela'm new to the forum and recently I started in the kitchen and android excuse my English he himself translated from google translate hahaha.
Well I tell I have this terminal and zte v887 already cooked three rom based on a nandroid because zte even stock firmware does not release
the question is that quiciera carry a CM rom or LEWA such, but I have not the slightest idea how to do it and fence and I read the tutorials out there on the forum and still not fall with the way this is done
I would like for example if you do not mind me say a terminal similar to zte v887 that has a custom tom from CM and the steps to do the porting
I hope you can help this newbie eager to learn about the green robot google

Hi, first of all I apologize if this kind of thread is against the rules.
I just made my account here and I want to learn more about rooting, custom firmwares and stuff. I was interested in formatting my phone, and install Android Lollipop (newest version, which is 5.1.1 I think), but searching through the threads in this forum is leaving me confused. Could anyone please point me to the best tutorials on how to root my S3, and how to install Android Lollipop 5.1.1?
Again, I apologize for my noobish brain. I literally just entered into the world of phone rooting xD
Thank you for your time.
Hi alls:
Long story short, recently my friend gave me a S2 that is still running on android 2.3.3, but he used “360 super root"(something like that) rooted it before (some apps can't be delete now, and I think that the device wasn't completely have rooted), so if I want to flash other's custom rom, what should be done first?
Sorry for asking so stupid question cos I'm not familiar with flashing, please forgive my ignorance and poor English also!
Thanks very much for your advices!
