The source only came out yesterday (or earlier), so it will take some time for custom rom developers to start porting code into their own. I would say give custom rom devs about 1-3 months then we will start to see beta builds. Some devs might be able to pull out alpha builds within 1-3 weeks of release, but these are unstable!

We saw that lollipop ported to our device in one week (only bootable version) last year. And the first bootable version was omni (It's funny because @asimovi never updated i9100 device tree for 8 months). We get cm betas in 1 month thanks to @Lysergic Acid . I contacted LA in official cm12 thread and correct me if I'm wrong LA I have a bad English he said we get marshmallow update easier than lollipop :highfive:

Not so easy as I thought before. Lots of devices are not booting 6.0 yet on CM. Some maintainers are disabling SELinux completely trying to boot, we'll need to backport patches to our kernel apparently too. Well, I'll start the official port later today, but I have no idea when I'll get the first bootable build. I'll keep updating you guys about it, but for now it's better to don't say much

Thank you for your hard work man! Really! I think you should open a unofficial M thread for information and of course for builds. It will look nice in my bookmarks

No problem mate, you don't know how much I enjoy this hype
I'll open one when I get a booting build at least, I know it makes easier to follow the progress.

CyanogenMod 13 is already bootlooping and with wrong colors, looks great :silly:

Please be aware, v1 stable was released for pretty much all of the team's devices last night, and the server is getting slammed. We're being moved to a dedicated server in the next few hours.
I'll sort out the links when that happens.

To minimize confusion in the future could you add that this is for the international one x+ in the title or op?

Good point, thanks
Server is back up. I'm uploading to it now, and the admin will make it available on the website. It's going to be about half an hour from now (then whatever time it takes the admin to provide the link on the site)
Download is available on the website. Download, flash and enjoy
We continue working on fixing camera. If there are any other issues, please report and we will make our best to fix them.
Cheers.

Hey guys @Grarak working great on cm13 for us.
Ive built a recovery for cm13 but it wont boot.
I havnt uploaded dvc tree as yet. Quite similar to @Grarak's tree.
Other devs, please jump in as we need to get it done
PS: if youve seen some cm13, op2 builds on AFH, they wont boot. i think they are fake as discussed here:
Edit: Not fake. Just not booting test builds

Hey @regalstreak i've looked into CAF sources (in which is based oxygen) and I've noticed that the ramdisk is basically different... Could be this the problem?

I don't know if there is marshmallow AOSP source for Xperia z5, which runs msm8994 too, but Sony released blobs for marshmallow, maybe that would be somewhat helpful...

Dumb question, but I just can't seem to find it anywhere. Where is Grarak's github? Also, I am willing to be a guinea pig with my OP2 for the sake of helping out. As soon as there is a bootable build, I will flash and report back whatever is needed / whatever I notice.
EDIT: Finally found it.

I'll try to build it (that's my first time... Guy-kun... Please be gentle...) but i don't know if i have the motivation to lmao
We got talented devs and a solid phone. Don't think it will be too long.

Nope. Nightlies. CM has a history of making long decision to include or drop out features when moving to a new version, then comes in development and such. A fully prepared tree will take a while. We can expect barebone nougat without CM stuffs come early to nexus devices but that's not nightlies yet, just experimental builds where they test device specific stuffs

Pretty sure CM kernels can't be used in an AOSP rom and vice versa. Grarak did update sources yesterday so you might be better following this :

No, Boeffla is now using an AK (AnyKernel) mode which will work on AOSP, the actual CM kernel won't run on it.

Depends if he says something about it.
Kernel is still not fixed yet so you have to use your own. I do this build by my self. That means I only build it every day and post it online for you. So don't expect much more then clean LineageOS.
Thank you for understanding
Clear some stuff up here. First no it's not official it's specifically says unofficial in the thread title and if you've kept up with lineage website and status then you world now that there aren't official nightlies yet cause they're still trying to get build slaves and everything else up. These builds are stable though I have been using them since they started on the unofficial builds page for lineage in the lineage forum. Everything is working that was working in last cm nightly. And yes you have flash arsenic or black reactor kernel after you flash the ROM and gapps. Dev settings works as well. Main difference is all code has been changed from cm to lineage branch. It's very stable and good for daily driver use. So just flash they latest nightly of this rom and then gapps and then either arsenic or black reactor kernel and you will have it booting just fine. Thanks pssgcsim for the major contribution to the oneplus x community we hope to see your continued support.
@pssgcsim
thx for your efforts
I do use your builds since several days - they are runnig excellently
in terms of kernel I use arsenic

Good news! I built omnirom 6.0.1 for the wave! It is not optimized at all and extremely slow, but it works. All except for the gallery. I'd be willing to release it if people are interested, but it would honestly be better if I just moved on to getting 7.0 to work

Good news! I built omnirom 6.0.1 for the wave! It is not optimized at all and extremely slow, but it works. All except for the gallery. I'd be willing to release it if people are interested, but it would honestly be better if I just moved on to getting 7.0 to work

I'm interested in trying marshmallows. Here already housed the 4 option. Please put your version on file sharing and give me a link in private messages.
A small update, the kernel now builds with UBERTC 6.0. It will now be easier to build android 7.0

Lots of stuff started happening in my life recently, so unfortunately no. I'm slowly working on converting the omni tree to a lineage tree. Unfortunately, there's been little to no time in the past month for me
