I don't know, but i know that one day, someone will wake up and say: I WANT CM14 FOR ONEPLUS2 and so.
I'll try to build it (that's my first time... Guy-kun... Please be gentle...) but i don't know if i have the motivation to lmao
We got talented devs and a solid phone. Don't think it will be too long.
My bet would be mid November to early December

Nope. Nightlies. CM has a history of making long decision to include or drop out features when moving to a new version, then comes in development and such. A fully prepared tree will take a while. We can expect barebone nougat without CM stuffs come early to nexus devices but that's not nightlies yet, just experimental builds where they test device specific stuffs

Pretty sure CM kernels can't be used in an AOSP rom and vice versa. Grarak did update sources yesterday so you might be better following this :

I use boeffla kernel (CM) on Slim6, which is AOSP based. CM kernels can run on AOSP, but may not always work (I think ramdisk stuff)

No, Boeffla is now using an AK (AnyKernel) mode which will work on AOSP, the actual CM kernel won't run on it.

This thread is simply to give people a chance to try a few of the AOSP ROMs with updates applied to support the updated partition layout from the 4.3 Sense 5 update.
There *may* be infrequent updates to this ROM.
The ROM is built from source, with just a few mods sprinkled in.
In order to flash these, you'll need to have run the 4.13.651.3/4 RUU or updated your firmware and flashed the Sense 5 4.3 stock rooted ROM. They will not work properly if you haven't done this.
You'll need the recovery from this post to flash these ROMs (which you'll already have if coming from Sense 5 Android 4.3).
The two ROMs I've built from source are CM & Omni (my Omni build has been removed as @xHausx has compiled a compatible version):
NOTE: CM11 Nightlies now support the new partition layout! There is no longer any need to flash the CM11 ROMs linked here (unless you want to, lol)

Oh man...can't wait till it's on the ls990...
The wifi radio in the G3 is supplied by Broadcomm and some other manufacturer. I recall reading that somewhere. Don't ask me what the name of the other manufacturer is because I did not recognize the manufacturer's name when I read it.

Yes because boot.img isn't bumped as long bump-website isn't released so it Fails the LG security check while booting. That's the reason why it's only working via fastboot.
But i don't have any crashes or random reboots so for me it's fine. Battery seems to work a bit better than AICP so maybe u get over the day with it.
Agreed. LS was my go-to rom on my gs3. Best rom I had ever used by far. Can't wait for it to work it's way to the 990

Sorry for the confusion but why are people posting roms that are ported from roms for other devices? why not just build using repo's for the D855? everything is working on it including wifi and BT, ill see if I can build you one a bit later.
What I don't get is that sooti has been testing some ROMs for a while and haven't released anything because he was waiting for dev's OK and then Fechinator releases 2 ROMS in a week... maybe I',m missing something?

You are missing something, two things in fact:
1. Up until a few days ago, camera was not working, I wanted to wait until everything worked out of respect for the device devs and the community
2. I was waiting for bump to get released, since I figured its better to release a fully working, untethered ROM then a tethered one, I am not gonna open up a thread with a new ROM, if someone already opened a thread for liquid, I have no problem helping out and sending a build, but any issues talk to OP, not me.

My variants are just ports from D851 ROM's, that's why Wifi isn't working. sooti don't needs OK for releasing TETHERED ROMs, he Needs it for the bumped boot.img.

The source only came out yesterday (or earlier), so it will take some time for custom rom developers to start porting code into their own. I would say give custom rom devs about 1-3 months then we will start to see beta builds. Some devs might be able to pull out alpha builds within 1-3 weeks of release, but these are unstable!

We saw that lollipop ported to our device in one week (only bootable version) last year. And the first bootable version was omni (It's funny because @asimovi never updated i9100 device tree for 8 months). We get cm betas in 1 month thanks to @Lysergic Acid . I contacted LA in official cm12 thread and correct me if I'm wrong LA I have a bad English he said we get marshmallow update easier than lollipop :highfive:

Not so easy as I thought before. Lots of devices are not booting 6.0 yet on CM. Some maintainers are disabling SELinux completely trying to boot, we'll need to backport patches to our kernel apparently too. Well, I'll start the official port later today, but I have no idea when I'll get the first bootable build. I'll keep updating you guys about it, but for now it's better to don't say much
