Installed XtreStoLite Rom V2.3 on my Edge 925F. now on boot I get the "Kernel is not Seandroid enforcing" message.
Phone works OK, no problems whatsoever,
Can someone help to remove the warning. I know what it means, I just want it to go away,

The only way to get rid of it is to go completly back to stock because tuat means it is a modified kernel.

As the poster above said, it means your device isn't "secure" as you modified and put a custom kernel on it. Only way to get rid of it is to go back to stock.
Dear senior members, i know the obvious, i was asking about beyond the tip of my nose
years back doing this created a yellow triangle (N7000) yet someone wrote a patch for it, i was asking for similar.
sorry but duhhhhh about going original rom
if i knew how i would have written it myself rather than asking.

I'm a noob and I already seach for a similar thread before making this one but it didn't work for me. I have the CWM installed on my S2 and I want to get rid of the triangle and the GT-9100 symbols.
I find this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1285823&page=7 and they say on the post #64 that if you install the Entropy 512's kernal this will go away, so I installed the 02/07 kernal and I reboot and it shows the same symbols. What do you think I'm doing wrong?? Thx for your help
I think you didn't search enough http://forum.xda-developers.com/search.php?searchid=13643335 read the subjects !!!
If you don't want to mess with all that, you can just go to ebay and purchase a usb jig. Search for "galaxy usb jig"
CyberManiaK I think you didn't understand!!! Cause I dont see anything related in the link you post, only my question and the one of the usb jig!! Thx a lot gsrrr!! But that only solves the triangle symbol or it gets rid of both the triangle and the GT-9100 symbols??

You can also give this a try.

If you READ those threads !! You will see that the JIG will remove the Triangle, get the flash counter to 0 and also remove the i9100 screen !!

You can't link search results to other people.
To the OP:
I have no idea where you saw anything indicating that flashing my kernel would get rid of it - flashing ANY custom kernel through Odin will trigger the triangle warning, not get rid of it.
And you clearly didn't bother to search at all, since this subject has ITS VERY OWN STICKY THREAD in the General forum.
There is NO EXCUSE for posting a new thread on a topic that already has a sticky thread, NONE!
I am sorry guys, but this is getting out of hand.

Can i flash rom with odin and how
He's also asking about what to do on an SPH-D710 in the GT-I9100 forum.
OP, do NOT flash anything from this forum. The device that this forum is for is the GT-I9100, which is a different device than the Sprint Galaxy SII. The GT-I9100 is a GSM phone that doesn't even work on Sprint's network.

Go to the Epic 4G Touch forum I linked you to above.
You won't find answers here in the I9100 forum.
Problem is i already flashed siyah kernel not knowing

That might be, but that doesn't change the fact that the device you are working with is an Epic 4G Touch (SPH-D710), and not an I9100. I9100 users will typically not be able to help you, and files in this forum will not get you out of the situation you have created by doing just that; using a file from this forum, on a device that it was not meant for.
You will find many E4GT users have done the same. They were all likewise directed to the correct forum.

Once you've rooted your phone, there are a number of unlock methods - which a simple search will yield.

Mismatching your ROM with what you're trying to flash, check the second post again.
If all you want is root you can flash siyah v6.tar

I've got exactly the same model, kernel, build locked to Orange. Any advice based on your experience on unlocking much appreciated.

Q&A for Recovery and knox-off for sgh-i527!
Some developers prefer that questions remain separate from their main development thread to help keep things organized. Placing your question within this thread will increase its chances of being answered by a member of the community or by the developer.
Before posting, please use the forum search and read through the discussion thread for Recovery and knox-off for sgh-i527!. If you can't find an answer, post it here, being sure to give as much information as possible (firmware version, steps to reproduce, logcat if available) so that you can get help.
Thanks for understanding and for helping to keep XDA neat and tidy!
Samsung Mega SGH-I527 STUCK IN BOOTLOOP
Hi guys... How are you? This is the first time i have ever posted to a forum so I'm sorry if its a bit scattered...
okay i got a AT&T Mega SGH-I527 for free in its current state... so i don't know any of the info except what i can see which is :
ODIN MODE
PRODUCT NAME : SGH-I527
CURRENT BINARY: Samsung Official
SYSTEM STATUS: Official
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANTY VOID: 0x1 <---Dose this matter if i don't care about the warranty?
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 4
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
its stuck in a bootloop, I can put it in download mode.
Now these steps kinda worked i think lol
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-mega/general/stock-odin-firmware-i527-4-4-2-t2835136
seam to work as far as Odin being able to access it and try to install those files i downloaded which are :
AP_I527UCUBNE7_1711751_REV01_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar.md5
BL_I527UCUBNE7_1711751_REV01_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar
CP_I527UCUBNE7_1711751_REV01_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar
CSC_ATT_I527ATTBNE7_1711751_REV01_user_low_ship_MULTI_CERT.tar
i also tried to a PIT file not sure which one it was tho file name is:
Samsung_I527_PIT.PIT <--- this is one is 4.75kb
that just tells me " SECURE CHECK FAIL: PIT
now all theses seam to take meaning they pass according to Odin but it reboots and just goes back into the bootloop...
now when i did try theses files it did something it didn't do before it gave me a little blue tag at the top saying "RECOVERY BOOT..."
then it just loops again... I'm not really sure what my question is and I'm sorry so i guess I'm just asking if anyone can tell me whats happening? do i keep trying to work it out or should i just recycle the phone? i cant help to think that there life here tho...
I know y'all have been over this a thousands of time but it all kinda mind numbing... any kinda advice would be cool thanks...
Simple. DONT USE THE PIT FILE AND DONT WIPE THE PARTITIONS.

okay i tied all the files without the PIT and they all passed... but on each one after its completed and passed (Odin)
and restarts. It just goes to the Samsung galaxy mega screen (first one) then it vibrates twice and reboots again. NOTHING FAILS THO.
and suggestions for me ?
Flash each ODIN file one at a time. The AP file and the BL have a PIT built in, so you shouldn't have to manually parse it.
FYI I was able to obtain root on my SGH-I537 and I'm now trying to export that method to the SGH-i527, but it's proving to be difficult. Will keep yall posted!

The Mega other than Root is Dead.
No bootloader unlocked and No One is working on it.
I myself have moved to the Nexus 6.
I still have the Mega rooted only for the big screen but out of all the Mega forums.
and I will not see your reply because I'm will not subscribe to any Mega forum.
My advice, keep the mega rooted if you like but move out to other phone.
Tha it no more lov for the mega
i think the most important downgrading is DONT TICK REPARTITION.
becaus will make your phone hardbrick and doestn have power at all
and knock bootloader is never cant be downgrade
Please Update the link of the twrp recovery and knox off
My SGH i527 Galaxy Mega from ATT is bricked after trying to update to KK. I have a bootloop on Samsung Galaxy Logo. Now I don't have recovery. The only thing I can to do is to get in Download Mode.
I can't get back to JellyBean. I have tried using Odin to Flash Many recoveries but everything failed. Please, help me, I am tired of seraching and downloading ROMS and customs recoveries for nothing......
PLEASE, I just need a recovery and AnyRom that Can work ....
Thank you in advance.
