Hi,
It seems like I f****d my phone up :/
I tried to unlock the bootloader and root my phone according to the instructions (http://forum.xda-developers.com/m4-aqua/general/recovery-twrp-command-line-t3198973).
I'm pretty sure the unlocking process ended without errors (at least flashtool told me so), then I flashed the recovery.img. Now my phone is stuck in a bootloop. Everytime I try to turn it on it vibrates one time, shows the SONY XPERIA-logo and goes black. Than it turns itself on again and displays the logo. This cycle continues for hours. Sometimes the red LED is flashing, too. The next morning the LED was red without flashing and the phone was off, despite being on a charger the whole time.
I tried to reflash the stock-firmware with flashtool and xperifirm, but it still won't boot properly. I also tried to repair the phone using Sony PC-Companion (after relocking it), the problem still exists.
I'm able to boot into fastboot and flashmode, but not into ADB.
Does anybody has an idea how to get the phone working again?
Reflash firmware, use flashtool.
As already said, flashing the firmware via flashboot does not work. I'm still in a bootloop.
How did you unlock it? Where did you get the unlock code?

Uh, so I've been having a few problems trying to unlock the bootloader on my X10 and I came to some problems:
1. When I first connected my phone with the USB cable, the FlashTool showed that my phone had debugging mode off even though I checked it and it was on!
2. I ignored this problem and decided to try unlocking the BL anyways. When I shut down my phone, held the back button and plugged the USB cable to put the phone into Flashmode, after 10-20 seconds it would automatically reboot itself and get my phone out of Flashmode, making me unable to flash Kernel Downgrade!
3. This time I trained my fingers and tried to flash Kernel Downgrade before my phone started to reboot itself and I succeeded. But now that I flashed it, the next step for unlocking says
"disconnect usb cable, press power button until phone vibrates shortly and immidiatly connect the usb cable again (it is supposed to be stuck at SE logo)"
but the problem is that my phone won't go anywhere after the Sony Ericsson text (not the logo with the circle and stuff where it's supposed to)
I am using (or at least was using until I flashed Kernel Downgrade) DoomLord's Kernel v6 and ViolentOS ROM. I have also tried restoring the xRecovery backup I made exactly before starting the flashing, but it still won't work, the phone always gets stuck on the Sony Ericsson text. What am I supposed to do?!
What logo with the circle?? That's the boot animation, loaded when system is already running. It is supposed to be stuck at the first screen, that's when system starts loading kernel and can't with "wrong" baseband.
Sony Ericsson text is WHERE it has to be stuck.
Also, at least for me, I couldn't do unlock without 2.1 rooted system installed, had to flash baseband and system, then unlock and then restore my 2.3 backup.
New Problem

@kalte The logo with the circle is the animation that comes after the text.
But forget what I said. I'm trying to boot the phone and it's not working. I disconnected the USB and took off the battery then put the battery back in to see if it could boot. It's stuck at the text even though I restored everything with an xRecovery backup. Is this because of the Kernel Downgrade?
FIXED IT!
I'm such an awesome person! Just had to flash the Generic Kernel Upgrade. Everything is working, with my previous settings and all.
Tried Unlocking X10i .. getting stuck at the SE logo
I used the following method to unlock my phone bootloader:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1254087
I successfully unlocked the bootloader. But now its taking forever to load. Its getting stuck at the SE logo.
Please help !!!

Flash Stock Firmware of your region using flashtool, to get you phone back to life. & try unlocking your bootloader using Flashtool.
PS- Flashtool never disappoints me.
So i was trying to boot my phone and i was following this guide:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1839682
In the end it didn't work, and my phone backlight just kept turning off and on.
So i decided to flash it into doomlord's Kernel.
And it was working well except there was a wifi issue.
Frustrated from spending hours on it, i saw the option to factory restore on the CMW.
Now my phone is stuck on the Sony Logo when it boots.
I can still boot into fastboot and CMW but my phone doesn't boot regularly.
What should I do?
Hi i had x10 mini pro with unlocked bootloader, naA kernel and gingersony ROM. It was working fine for couple of weeks after unlocking bootloader and flashing new ROM, but now it didn't turn on (red light flashed three times and thats it) then i tried holding power + back key then led changed to orange, but it still didn't turn on. Then charged the battery for 2h the led turned to green, tried to turn on the phone vibrated the green led flashed once, but the black screen just keeps turning on with no logo and it's like in bootloop (i can hear the device being recognised by computer when USB is plugged in). Don't know tried Flashing original firmware with flashtool, original kernel, tried locking the bootloader, PC companion and SEUS they both download the software and everything flashes fine, but same bootloop is happening and i need to pull the battery out to stop it. Dont know what else i can do?

3 red flashes = low battery.
your symptoms sounds wierd are you sure you did all that correctly?
Flash stock firmware and leave it to charge for about a day.
Well, when i remove my sd card exaclt that happens to me, until i return the SD, or use repair on PC companion

i think the bootloader is broken, when i turn on the phone from cold restart the phone vibrates and the black screen turn on and off... I can flash with flashtool and PC companion and SEUS, but nothing helps, the same bootloop repeats. I don't know what else i can try i think it's hardbricked. What else i can try?
check with s1 tool if there is a small r if so just flash stock rom
Sent from my E10i using xda app-developers app
the s1tools show "R" i have flashed with SEUS and PC companion and flashtool but nothing helps. The phone shows black screen for 10 sec and then reboots and same black screen, no logo nothing. How can i revive it?
Your battery is discharged, change it for other to test.

you have to unlock your bootloder with flash toll

i don't have another battery and tried without battery with charger plugged in, but it's the same. I have flashed with unlocked bootloader and with locked, but nothing helps. Is it hard bricked? no hope?
I had the same problem, and only i changed the battery for my K850i.
Try to charge the battery with a universal charger.
Other solution is flash stock kernel, beacuse nAa kernel i think dont work off charge.
you flashed a costuom kernel without unlocking your bootloder
unlock your bootloder
and than flash back to stock rom

This same issue has happened to me several times while installing custom ROM. One of your SW component is broken, when you dont know what went wrong, you should revert back to SE default rom using PC companion. Go to software update and then reset device. Follow the instructions. Once your device is back start with your R&D.
The issue seems to be because your device has custom ROM running on SEMC kernel.
You need to unlock your bootloader. Install nAa GB kernel and
Install the GB ROM. Let me know if you need the links.
i have tried unlocking bootloader, but it doesnt work, in flashtoold there's no option in plugins>unlock/run and msm7227_semc.bat doesn't work. Maybe i got it locked with nAa kernel, but i tried locking the bootloader after i have tried SEUS, flashtool and PC companion. Maybe i can flash something with flashtool to revive it?
Hello.
I have rooted the xperia U using the flashtool by following a guide available on xda. Everything worked fine. I wanted to install a custom rom for which I had unlock my bootloader and flash a custom recovery for flashing the rom. I downloaded and flashed cwm. So I unlocked the bootloader using the official method, i flashed the boot.img of the custom rom(in fastboot) and tried to go to recovery, but my phone wouldn't switch ON now.
I was able to make it reach flashboot mode(green) and tried flashing ftf.. Even that's not working.
The service update software is not even detecting my phone.
Please help.:crying:
When you say, not switching on, can you feel it vibrate when you push the power button?
Also whats the error you receive on flashtool?
Yes, i do
But the screen is blank and I can only see the red notification light

May be you flashed wrong kernel, which is not for your phone.
Try to charge the phone for a few hours and after thats try flashmode again to flash stock rom...
same problem
Actually I am facing the same issue u had with your Sony xperia u. Please help.
Charge the battery, seems gone flat. Leave it on charge for half an hour or so. If that doesn't work maybe the software is corrupted to the point it doesn't cold boot to charge, so charge battery separately using external charger for half an hour or so. It should be able to boot at least to flash mode (Vol Down + Power).
Hi guys. So I have been going through xda and Google for hours and hours trying solutions, to no avail. I almost never post on forums for help because I can usually find the solution. Not this time. This is my last resort next to throwing my phone out a window or praying for death's sweet release.
The facts: I have a rooted Xperia Z3v. I tried to upgrade TWRP in order to follow some directions on upgrading to Nougat. I flashed TWRP from 2.8.X.X to 3.X.X.X. I rebooted and it never made it to the Sony logo. Now, if I plug the phone in to either a wall socket or PC it vibrates, endlessly at three second intervals, each time with red LED. If I try to enter flash mode, then its the same but with a brief green led after the red. I can enter fastboot (the only way to stop it vibrating while plugged in) and my PC sees it, including Flashtool, but since my bootloader is locked permanently, I can't really do much with it.
When plugged into the wall-charger, I noticed that the charger's LED changes from "Active" to "Inactive" with every vibration. I'm pretty sure I'm in a reboot loop. The screen is totally dead and there's no logo, but every three seconds it kills it self and comes back.
I have tried everything I could think of.
What I have:
I have the stock firmware ready to go
I have TWRP backups on SD card and PC
I have Flashtool
I think my drivers are good, but not 100% sure
I can fastboot
I'm at my wit's end and losing hope.
Please, I'm open to any suggestions at all.
