Hi
I need help with my Simvalley Sp-140, my wifi is not working. It turns on sometimes, and sometimes not. Also when i press to turn on wifi from on it goes to off. I gave factory reset but it's still not working.
I tried a lot wifi apps but with no resault.
There is no update for my phone.
Or if there is compatible rom i'll like to try it.
Android phone without wifi, useless.
Was messing around today with xposed modules (lots of reboots) and freezing apps in tibu when I noticed my wifi was off. Try to turn it on, it would turn green for a second, then turn itself off. Same thing with bt. Google turned up hundreds of similar problems, mostly with the s4. Tried wifi fix and several other things but nothing worked. Had a mild panic thinking I broke my phone I've only had for 3 days, but read a post that somebody said just turn off your phone, pull the sd card and boot. What? Ha ha.
It worked, wifi and bt are working normally. So, if you have this issue, try it.

Re:
Even I face this problem, when I turn on wifi, my phone hanged and I restart phon again then it worked
Hey guys
The wifi on my galaxy s3 just randomly stopped working. I was sick for a week and just left it in the car, and when i got it out, it kept turning it self off and wouldn't connect to the wifi. Instead of just not being able to connect, it cannot scan for wifi availability. It just turns off. Everything else works fine. I've restared and completly cleared the phone. I have no idea what is wrong with it, nor how to fix it. Any ideas or suggestions???
Flash full stock firmware and factory reset, if still the same then it's a hardware fault.
Hi
After an OTA update my wifi is turning off when the phone sleeps (screen off) ; i tried every fix that i could find, router and phone reset, changed router, stopped all power optimizations on the phone, safe mode etc... nothing helps. My wifi stays on only if I'm not connected to a network; if I connect to any network and close the screen, after 1-2 minutes when i pick up the phone the wifi is stopped. I can start it again and connect but it's annoying.
I tried to use adb but I'm not sure if something in there is wrong and what to change, maybe someone can help me with those or some ideas.
PS: android pie csd4, not rooted.

How would we go about finding out if this has happened to my phone
deleted. wrong page.
When I click my wifi icon it lights up like it's trying to turn on, but turns off after a few seconds without connecting. I can temporarily fix the problem by restarting my phone. It will turn on and connect after restarting. But if I turn the wifi off and back on again, it has the same problem. I really don't want to have to restart my phone every time I want to use the wifi, so if anybody has any idea how to fix this, that would be awesome.
Never had that issue, I'm currently on latest fw v10m and no issues at all, connected to Wi-Fi ax router.
Is this a mesh type access point. Been having issues with google wifi. It stops connecting to the same ap after a while but it will connect to the other ap's . Once I reboot I'm back to normal. There is another thread with this info. Unfortunately no fix yet, looks like a bug. Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update.
