Lollipop with Parrot Carkit - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all
I have the following problem, I,m using a Note 3 lollipop 5.0 ( rooted ) and bought a parrot mki9000 carkit.
Everything works well, music streaming, sync phonebook but when I call someone the phone's sound comes from the phones speaker while I see the bluetooth connection is turnen on.
When pressing the bluetooth connection off and on the sound will Come from the car speakers. ( bluetooth function in call so not the globale connection )
So for some reason it starts with the Phone speaker everytime.
Is there a setting for this or a fix so the call sound will Come from the car speakers only and not from the Phone speaker?

Audio via BT Carkit over speakers in car

I just experienced a bug. I got in mij car, enabled bluetooth and stared the enging. I could hear the touch cruise connect to the parrot bluetooth carkit (usually it beeps twice, now it beeped 4-5 times).
I fired up my TomTom, instructions were given over the speakers of my car stereo (via carkit)!! I did some testing with other audio files, all worked over speakers.
Quality wasn''t sufficient for audio, but e-books and podcasts sounded good enough.
After a few minutes of playing arround I received a call, after hanging up the call the usual way on the carkit shut down the possibility to hear audio over the car speakers.
Anybody know a way to force audio over the car speakers through the handsfree??
Try this tool:
it sends all the audio signals to the headset (or BT Carkit)
Would it be possible to switch bluetooth audio on just when there is a sound to play, cause it seems a little bit useless to hear nothing when my navigation has nothing to say..

A2DP, Bluetooth Speaker (Monster ClarityHD)

Just had to share a surprising and accidental solution that occured. I have a TMOUS HD2 with the 3.14 ROM update and CHT 2.0.
I recently purchased a Monster ClarityHD bluetooth speaker so I could wirelessly stream music from my phone. After pairing it, the streaming and sound were quite impressive. After I turned off the speaker I noticed that the phone detected it but only as a headset and not stereo audio (as indicated by the icon on top, i.e., headset with bluetooth logo vs. headphones with music note). I had to go into the Comm Manager everytime to update the pairing so the A2DP would turn on.
I searched all over (including here) for an A2DP switch/toggle app but never found one that worked fo me. After talking to both T-Mobile and HTC tech support to no avail, I happened to reset my phone while it was paired with A2DP on, the bluettoh speaker speaker was on, and bluetooth discoverable was on (bluetooth logo with eye on top). After it rebooted it found the speaker and turned on stereo audio automatically.
I can't explain it but it's exactly what I was looking for it to do. If you try this I hope it works for you too.

my Ace and Clarion FZ709e bluetooth No audio in calls

Hello xda-ers i want to share with u a problem of bluetooth audio between my ace and my clarion Fz609e car audio with bluetooth ...
since i bought the phone (i bought the car audio 2 months earlier ) i connected my phone via bluetooth to my car audio to hear the calls throug cars speakers and make happen the ''handsfree'' driving
But i have no audio when i make or receive a call whatsoever....
the car audio has ''bluetooth audio'' function (u can play songs from ur phone and hear them through the speakers of the car ) and with this function i hear Perfectly the music and i can stop/pause music with my car audio
i've checked the compatiblility status of ace in the clarion site and it says that
Phone name Handsfree Phonebook Audio
Galaxy ACE Yes *13, *22 Yes Yes *15
*13 Call cannot be transferred to mobile phone/radio unit.
*22 The ringtone which is preset in navigation will come out instead of the ringtone transferred by mobile phone.
*16 It is not available to operate by unit. (it is )
well i understand that the problem is the car audio and i don't have the money to replace it (the unit and the phone have simillar prices hah )
Does anyone have any suggestion ? maybe if the ace has an indentical bluetooth module with galaxy s or sII (the car unit works with those two ) maybe i can put the SGS or SGSII bluetooth drivers to my ace and work ? or put a diffirent driver to work ?
i am very sad that isn't working and i cannot make/receive calls ....
sorry for my english

[Q] Phone sends noise via A2DB

Hello,
I've got a strange problem.
I connect the phone with my A2DP receiver in my car. The car audio has the function to switch automaticly to source A2DP if there is a signal.
On first connect everything works fine, bun on reconnect (leave the car, come back and reconnect) the phone sends a very low noise so that the car audio switches to A2DP.
There is no player running on the phone.
Samsung voice to go and vlingo or similar are not installed (I hear the same noise when vlingo is in listening mode).
When I start a player, start music and stop again, the noise is gone and the car audio swiches back to radio.
If I use a MW600 instead I can hear the noise too, when I turn the volume up.
I had the issue with Stock KI4 and now with CheckROM V6 too.
Did someone noticed this noise too? I there something I can do?
thanks
Andre

Bluetooth not default while speaker plugged in

Hi guys, I'm having a problem with my bluetooth on this phone. I plug my phone into my cars speakers to play music and have my bluetooth headset on my ear for phone calls. On my Epic4G it automatically used bluetooth when a call came in.. but this phone doesn't. When I get a call I can answer it with my bluetooth physical button but it uses the phone mic and the car speakers. Is there anyway to fix this? I cant stand unplugging my aux cable EVERYTIME i have to answer my phone
thanks
