Hi,
Moto E bricked. I flashed it with the Condor image. It was working fine with few unexpected reboots.
One day it got restarted and never shown display. When I connect charger to it, white led blinks for 1 second. I connected it to PC. It shown qhsusb_bulk device. I updated its driver successfully with Qualcomm HS-USB QLoader 9008.
Device does not get recognized with adb or fastboot command.
It got connected to COM4 port.
I got info from forum (for Moto X) that Motorola software is available which can be used to push HEX files to Moto E to rectify issue.
I downloaded blankflash.zip.
Extracted and tried qflash.exe command. But I was not having files for Moto E.
This command requires MSM8210.HEX file for Moto E processor along with MSM8210_bootloader_singleimage.bin file.
My issue is I don't have HEX and Bin file for Moto E XT1022 Snapdragon 200 MSM8210 processor.
Can anyone help me to get these two files?
I too downloaded RSD Lite software. But the fone is not getting detected to the software.
just bricked mine
just bricked mine did you ever find those two files?
Not yet. Plz do let me know if u do.
I want to help, if someone knows if it's possible to get the two files from a working Moto E, let me know please.
That will be great help!
Use that search function before posting, it's the same for Moto G and Moto X etc. You need SIGNED images to be able to blank flash the loader and these files are not available for any post LP loader.
You cannot just create them or find them in the wild either.
Do u mean MSM8210_bootloader_singleimage.bin and MSM8210.HEX files are not availble by any means?

I had rooted my phone which is MOTO E (first generation)XT 1022. After rooting my phone i degraded my phone from lollipop to kitkat 4.4.2. Then I updated my phone to kitkat 4.4.2 to kitkat 4.4.4. After doing that process my phone hard bricked. I tried to recover my phone from hard brick situation but i could not but after running blankflash.bat file "failed <blank-flash:greet device:error reading packets> "is shown. please help me !
I have followed given approach:
What is A Brick?
A Brick Usually Occurs when you Flash a Wrong Firmware on your device or you try to downgrade your bootloader. In both the cases if you see nothing but a blank screen and "qhsusb_bulk" when connecting to the computer (Check Devices and Printers on your PC) .
Prerequisites
Stock Moto E Firmware of your Choice
Motorola USB Drivers
MFastbootv2
Blanflash
RiffBox JTAG Drivers
INSTRUCTIONS
If you have A 64-Bit Processor you'll need to disable driver signature Enforcement. Press F8 while the computer is booting and then choose the option.
Go To Start and search for Device Manager
Plug in your Moto e
You'll See qhsusb_bulk
Now select update driver Software
Choose from the Riffbox Jtag Drivers.
Now you'll see Qualcomm HS-USB QLoader 9008
Unzip the motorola qboot utility and run blankflash.bat
Now Enter into fastboot from your Moto e
You can now flash the firmwares compatible with your bootloader version

You're device is hard bricked (as you know ) & can only be recovered by changing the motherboard by Motorola which will cost you about 2/3 of original price. So your right choice would be to buy a new phone.
WORD OF CAUTION- Never accept any ota updates after you mess up with your bootloader, recovery, root etc. Wait for an official firmware release.
You should've searched a little bit before clicking on that tempting "yes, I'm in" button. There are so many of users just like u who bricked the device in the same way.
I know it feels bad to hear but there's nothing you can do abt it so, chill.✌
You should've researched more :

it's right there in the general section as a sticky post... that degrading to 4.4.2 and OTAing to 4.4.4 will surely brick the phone..... still I don't know why people make this mistake....

With Qualcomm HS USB QDLoader, you can definitely revive your phone but for that you'll need the stock firmware file. I have a Lenovo A6000 with same SD410 soc. On it, you have to get and flash the .ROW firmware, which can be found easily. But, I don't know where to get the firmware for the MOTO E. Ofcourse, there are these threads on MOTO E 2015 page. But, I don't know if the xml zip files are supported by the QFIL software which you'll need to flash the firmware image.
Please also CHECK THiS LINK. This might help.
It's late...

Hi, I want help in unbricking the Moto e2 as there is no know way to unbrick the device except blank flash file. I want you to make a way to unbrick our devices as in this thread all developer will make new roms. I just want you to make a way to unbrick our devices.
Ex:-mmcblk0,qfil.....
Please all developer make a way to unbrick our devices.thanks in advance.
What I did was download rom and use fastboot to flash the part I messed up. In my case the recovery and boot. There is also the Moto tool and the moto e 2015 tool. Haven't tried them but they have options for it. No links as it has been a while since I messed with my Moto e. You should be able to find them through search here or on Google.
Hey guys. I've been in touch with Motorola about my bricked Moto G6, and they seem way too incompetent to simply provide me with a blank-flash file for my device. Allow me to begin by copy pasting the paragraph i typed to Motorola.
"Hi. I am in search of the Blank-flash file for the Moto G6 XT1925-6. Lenovo seems to be very bad at understanding what the blank-flash file actually is which is sad when you take into consideration that they developed the software for the device. Again, to clarify, it is the BLANK FLASH file for the device, not the ROM. I am not attempting to unlock the boot-loader as it has already been unlocked (motorola seems to think this is what i want to do as well and are refusing to support me in unlocking the boot-loader). I repeat, I am in search of the B L A N K F L A S H file for the moto G6 XT1925-6. If somebody out there could either extracty theirs from their device and send it over, or better yet, one of the bright minds over at Motorola who designed the device could graciously bless me with a small piece of their software so I can enjoy their phone again, that would be great. Please do respond as soon as possible. I have provided a blank-flash file as example so you don't get too confused, as well as the blank-flash folder I am using which will actually contain logs about the attempted flash of the blank flash file. I attempted to use the blank-flash file from Android PIE, as you can see it is labeled PPS and not OPS.
AGAIN, since this seems to be so difficult for motorola to understand, it is the blankflash file i am in search of, not the method to unlocking the boot-loader. Thank you."
The device is being detected in Windows 10 as a Qualcomm device which suggests it is still possible to flash it with a blank-flash file in order to reach fast-boot and re-flash the stock firmware.
NOPE see below
I have been searching for this little piece of software for over a week only to fine the blank-flash files for the G6 PLUS and PLAY versions, not just the mid-range G6 model. Below, as promised to be included, is the blankflash file i was attempting to use which does contain logs of the attempted flash. For ease's sake i have also provided a link to just the logs so you don't have to extract the rar.
Logs: NOPE see below
Blankflash file attempted to use: NOPE see below
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to search for this file. I'd love to start actually using the Moto g6 again rather than using it as a paperweight and relying on my Samsung J3 Orbit as a main driver. Sad.
EDIT: even SADDER, I have been prevented from providing crucial informational links aiding in resolving the issue due to XDA policy. If you would like these links, you're going to have to obtain them from me elsewhere (unless i circumvent the policy and post them in a broken link like suuuuch.)

I also need a blank flash file for moto G6. we can find the flash file of G6 play and plus but not mid-range Moto G6. It's not fair My phone was dead after OTA update and now it is a totally useless piece of ****. If we get that small blank flash file then we may bring our devices back to life. Please help us.:crying::crying:

Приветсвую привратники здравого смысла!
Hello dear happy owners of Moto G6 bricks.
Please, would you be so kind as to accept me into your team of elite owners of useless nutcrackers based on the Motorola Moto G6.
My XT1925-5 device was also hardbricked, after upgrading to Android 9.0 Pie and installing the latest security updates.
Also, when trying to flash the blankflash_PPS29.26 utility.bat receive
error: Sahara Download IO Error.
Email me if there are any positive results when getting a smartphone memory dump and creating a new blankflash for the latest OTA.
This is my contact email ([email protected]) if there are people willing to collaborate to write a new Blank Flash together.
I have to admit, when I joined XDA not long ago, I thought my easily bricked Moto G6 Play (Jeter) was a special case or that I was uniquely special when it comes to comatosing devices. Now, a few months and several more limping devices later, I see there truly is a seemingly growing mass of useless Motorola Moto owners out there. Whats worse is the Lenovo/Motorola Rescue Assistant wont rescue me because the Baseband and IMEI are erased on my device. Guess its time to take the next big step...invest in another G6 and see how long it is before I tater that one too!
Any news here, guys?
Hello, a few years ago i have a moto e1 xt1021 that was from my brother, he told me that the phone just died one day, so i'm trying to fix it, 'cause when i connect it to a charger it blinks the white led 1 sec and then it dissapears, so that means it's still living, and also, when i plug it on the computer, it recognizes him like "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008", so that is other signal that the problem isn't actually on the battery.
I also tried to plug it in without the battery, and the simbol of the battery missing isn't there.
I tried every method of flashing, including blankfile, but it isn't any blankfile released for xt1021 unfortunately.
I can't even flash it with the "FlashFirmware", because i can't get the phone into the fastboot mode, i can literally just be pressing the buttons for 10 minutes and nothing happens, so i don't know what's the problem.
I already tried using the screen in other phone and it isn't problem of the screen, it works, neither the battery, so, i can't find the reason of the problem, if someone can help me i'll be really happy.
Thanks.

The "only" way to get the phone out of brick is detailed here and here (method 3)... Now we're both on the same hunt: getting an XT1021 owner to generate the "backup.img" file and share it with us, the problem is there's seems to be no users of the Moto E XT1021 nowdays...

Your girlfriend's phone must have unlocked bootloader and have root access, busybox installed and a terminal emulator. Besides, it must have at least 4GB of free space in the SD card since the backup.img will be generated in the SD card.
Open terminal emulator and execute this command:
Code:
dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0 of=/sdcard/backup.img bs=1024 count=168960

You cannot enter fastboot since your phone is bricked. You must get out the brick first, that's why you need the backup.img, to boot from the SD Card and enter in a "virtual" fastboot mode where you can flash the stock ROM to restore the phone.
