Hello,
I have a Vodafone GS3 with the firmware of the vodafone, not sim locked. Is it safe to flash in another firmware? Like German DBT? Is it safe when the firmware is for the same model : I9300?
Thank you.

Hey everyone
Got my s6 edge today but unfortunately it has the o2 logo on boot up.
Is it possible to flash a unbranded (btu if that is correct) firmware on the phone without tripping the knox on to the phone? I don't want to root just want to remove the branded firmware.
If so do I do it with odin?
Appreciate the help
Thanks
Yes and yes
i want to debrand my s6 edge now i have unlocked it. does anyone know what firmware is unbranded. my CSC states O2U. sorry, bit of a noob at this.
Hi, should be ok! I flashed mine to unbranded Aus firmware. As long as it is stock firmware signed by samsung it shouldn't trip knox.
sammobile should be able to help you get the unbranded version. What is your model?
Is there a download link for the S6 Edge SM-G925F BTU Version, or can I use the United Kingdom - Vodafone [VOD] version for Marshmallow?
+1
PIT file first then XEU 6.0.1
XEU https://mega.nz/#!Qp8FwRaB!mL-jvistEiJMYXGYnxvPPbhAceEx77oQmc6AL9yrJPI
Could you provide me the instructions on how to PIT the file and then XEU. Thanks
for XEU version you dont need the pit-file.....just flash XEU version in Odin...
What about flash counter and knox 0x0?
I successfully flashed the XEU Rom without any issue.
i told you...
Hi guys i searched everywhere and i still haven't got the answer of my question.
I have Galaxy s6 edge G925F i bought it from Bulgarian operator Vivatel its is sim unlocked
My product code is : SM2G925FZGAVVT,
CSC: VVT
CSC COUNTRY : BULGARIA
So i am guessing that VVT is short from Vivatel
i want to upgrade to 7.0 Nougat but i still haven't got the update from VVT
My question is can i pick 7.0 Nougat Firmware from Sammobile Bulgaria CSC and flash it to my device
sorry for my stupid question and thanks in advice

is there anything else about flashing or just download the rom and flash it trough odin?
I bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge from South Korea, so it's model is SM-G925K (K for Korea).
I live in UK and I know UK model number is F, because I own a UK Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F).
I want to flash my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge with UK firmware. I've tried many from sammobile:
5.0.2 Vodafone brand
5.1.1 BTU (unbranded)
but they all came back with NAND errors and fail.
The only firmware that worked was flashing it back to Korea 6.0.1.
Q. Could it have failed because I was trying to flash a 5.x.x firmware but it only accepts 6.x.x?
Q. Is it possible to do something to get it to flash a UK firmware on a South Korea Samsung phone?
