Definitely, faced the same issue. Doesn't really have any effect on calling, but the screen constantly getting on while calling and vibrating due to some accidental button press is definitely annoying

Flashed r37 kernel aaaaamd the problem is gone now

Yes. Screen turns on and off randomly for me. I initially thought I was holding it wrong but now I realize it's a real bug!
Anyway I'm on r37 kernel too but I didn't notice if it stopped this bug. Will confirm after a day or so.

That was a long time ago, but it was blu_spark kernel : http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/?id=12587#downloads

I'm using the latest version for CM
But still same problem during calling
Is there any other solution for this?

[Q] Random reception problem

Sometimes I cannot call out and text while having full signal bar, and it will recover after 5 - 10 minutes. Anyone else has this problem?
Yeah it happened before i accepted the latest update? Are you running it? It released a couple weeks ago 45.2.5 etc...
There's also another update thats supposed to be releasing like today or tomorrow that may help.
I flashed this

I pressed check for system update on my phone and it says i have the latest version.

Could be a hardware problem, if you're under 30 days or have insurance i wouldnt be worried to much. This is the first im hearing of this particular problem; Do you have an airave at home by chance?
I forgot to say that I am using the phone in Canada. My phone got very hot and drained battery very fast few hours ago. I think there is a hardware problem on my phone
What is airave?
With what you just said, you most likely do have a hardware problem...

Not that weird, it has to double- and triplecheck against more known patterns to make sure it actually is your finger and not something similar.

I noticed a massive improvement in recognition times in 6.0.1 over 5.1.1 though. In 5.1.1 it sometimes takes about 2-3 seconds to unlock, in 6.0.1 it's barely half a second to as good as instant.

I've been on multiple beta's and 6.0.1 ROM's such as Sixperience, and all of them had blazing fast fingerprint recognition times. Back on 5.1.1 now though as all those beta's and custom 6.0.1 ROM's were unstable and bugged as hell at a lot of points.

I have the same problem with my one plus x. It's on stock rom. I tried MasterAwesome's CM12.1 and it didn't happen on that ROM but I had GPS issues on that rom so I switched back to the stock rom and the problem started again.

Reboots at night

Hello,
i bought myself a used XZ1. I bought it a week ago, and everynight since i bought it it reboots at night. I already tried another Kernel, other Firmware Version but the problem persists.
Is it possible to log random reboots?
Or is this a known issue with the Pie firmware?
Current Firmware: 47.2.A.4.45 Customized CE1
Tried with Firmwares: 47.2.A.0.306 Customized DE and 47.2.A.6.30 Customized DE
Kernel: Janjan Kernel (The problem also appears with stock kernel, so it's not a kernel problem)
FYI it also happened before unlocking the bootloader!
Thanks in advance

Okay thanks for your answer. I clean flashed 47.2.A.6.30 today again. Maybe it works now. It reassured me that i am not the only one with this problem, so it's probably a Software issue and not my hardware

I took a bugreport from the last random reboot. https://pastebin.com/WGBJN0Ck
This is the output when it crashes. I am not good in reading these logs maybe you, or someone else knows what's the issue.
