struk on bootloop - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

as soon i flashed cyanogenmod 12.1 official from website , my phone rebooted ,i saw the logo and then it automatically turned off . it is happening every time i try to open my phone and i am only able to open fastboot mode by holding power+volume up key

What's your phone's model?
What model and brand is your phone? Did you follow instructions on how to install CM - like, wipe data, dalvik cache, and so on? Have you tried reinstalling stock ROM?

He has yu yunique, the bootloader is also not unlocked and recovery also not opening. He can only use fastboot

How did he install CM 12, if the bootloader is locked?

Bricked Asus Zenpad S8 Z580ca

Hello Xda's Members,
My device : Asus Zenpad s8 z580ca stock Firmware root.
I attempt to install xposed framework but it failed.
The device bootloop on broken green droid.
I tried to restore from my nandroid backup unsuccessfully.
I wipe all i can, i try many fastboot and adb command and always without success. I also try asus flash tool but it failed too.
I think my recovery is broken, i search the official recovery.img on all over the net but no luck.
If someone can help me , it would be great.
ps : if i'm not in the right section, please let me know.
user IntelAndroid-FBRL-07-24-2015.7z to startup a temporary recovery
see http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/development/intel-android-devices-root-temp-cwm-t2975096
Once in recovery, wipe cache & dalvik cache. Wait until it is complete, i may look frosen. Then reboot

I think that tab has a full custom recovery.

Newbie way in over his head.

Alright guys here's the situation:
I'm really new to this and I've screwed up.
I was using TWRP to perform a factory reset and I made an advanced wipe and wiped the following partitions:
-Dalvik/ART Cache
-Cache
-Data
-Internal Storage
-Vendor
After the wipe was done I was unable to boot into android, the phone kept trying to reboot.
Now whenever i try to start up my phone:
I first get the default huawei animation for turning it on
Then i get the disclaimer saying how the phone was opened and it isn't secure anymore(ever since it got rooted)
Then the phone tries to boot and it goes back to the black screen.
What should I do to restore my system again?
Or maybe i need to reinstall it completely?
TL;DR How do i reflash my p10 lite with the stock ROM?
UPDATE:Trying to boot into the bootloader through twrp>reboot gets me into the rescue mode screen.

Also check if there is a vendor IMG in your stock rom. If so, flash the correct one

Broken partition. please help

Hi, can anyone please help me with my problem?
I have merged the partition countless of time, but this time I F***cked up my device.
So here's the scenario, I am using RR 7.1 the suddenly I flashed the mi pad stock recovery. after this one, the device was bootlooped to mi logo so I used mi flash to reflash a fastboot rom. But after this, my mi pad just booting up to recovery and the hangs. I cant even wipe it, also i cant boot to fastboot (vol- + power), I just go back to the recovery and then hangs again. I think I broke the partition where the fastboot lies. Can anybody help me with this problem or there isnt anything I can do?
If you can boot to fastboot, try Miflash with fastboot rom. I this fixes everything. I am not sure though
After Repartitioning with RahulTheVirus script , I was never been able to go to stock partition. Even after fastbooting stock rom, I was never been able to boot on second partition via stock recovery. I just bootloops.

My mi pad 1 failed while partitioning. now it hangs after booting just in 2-3 seconds. cannot do anything in recovery or twrp.
do you have any solution?
i did everything.
I was facing the same issue. The issue is that the system1 partition is not active. By using CWM, I was able to change it and it fixed the issue. I got the idea from this post.

I tried to install it via flashtool i selected select kernal to flash and it says flashing finished but my phone won't turn on. Please tell me how to fix this.....thanks
Use xdz recovery app, then use adb method for upgrading twrp. it will work.(rooted device only) ?

Unable to mount storage

Hello. I decided to switch to CarbonROM on my Poco f1 thinking that it was based on Android 10 (I really like gesture navigation). After reformatting my device I flashed the firmware, carbonrom and then my microG package. After a little hitch with the wrong firmware it worked. Then, after realising that it didn't have android 10 gesture navigation I thought I'd switch to another ROM. I booted to my recovery (SkyHawk recovery, based on twrp) and went to re format my device. The recovery asked me for a password to decrypt my device (which I found odd as I had never set up a password on CarbonROM) which I cancelled the request and went to reformat my device. I typed in yes and it told me the "Unable to mount storage". Wiping, mounting or any other action yields the same response. I tried rebooting to system and after the CarbonROM boot animation it told me "Encryption unsuccesful" and some text saying I need to reset my phone. I pushed the reset phone button and after a pop up claims to reset it, it boots back to recovery. The main console in the recovery says "cryptkeeper.showFactoryReset() corrupt=false". I have repeated multiple times. All I can access is the recovery (from which I can do nothing) and fastboot.
Is my phone stuffed or can I restore it somehow?
Flash twrp recovery.

How though? Despite failing earlier, I have now been able to boot up into CarbonROM (so my phone is not bricked ) but I am unable to wipe / reformat my phone from SkyHawk. I know that you can flash a recovery if you have Magisk root, but even flashing Magisk doesn't work from SkyHawk. Can I get TWRP to replace SkyHawk through Fastboot / ADB or anything like that?
Just flash twrp img file using shrp then boot to recovery
