Hi,
Can anyone help me to find all the folders and files of an app I installed in my Nokia Lumia 920? This app is called "Wechat" similar to "Whatsapp" an instant messenger. I what find a contact which I deleted before. I guess it will need to get the root access of this phone. Can some one help me with this please?
Regards,
Jerry
check out https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1dGDinlXMTo , now you can get the root access to the phone
AWESOME
sadly you need the image you flashed your phone with to root it (to NOT lose your data)
else you need to flash it with a rom, and use that image to root it. So you will lose your data.
Would Wechat backup its data if you choose to to the cloud? I dont see mine at the moment and im ready to root it. but because I updated over the air many many times, I dont have the image of the current OS offline. so rooting following the tutorials will result in me flashing over all private data

Sorry, but I am not quite sure what your problem is.
You have installed an app or a widget which needs to access your contacts, and you deleted this access?!
Then you should try to un-install the app / widget and re-install it again.
Or has an app or widget deleted (your access to) your contacts?!
Then you should delete this app / widget, and restore your contacts from a backup (Google, KIES, etc.).
Good luck !
The problem is that if you change the rom, the phone gives me problems, for me ejmplo delete access to my contacts photo favorites, also when I download some applications market, will not let me install, it tells me package file ... not valid.THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!
give us deletes about your phone.
go to settings-phone and give us details about your model and currebt rom version.
I have a feeling you maybe trying to flash a rom that is not meant for your version of the phone.
my phone had 2.3.3 android I9100BVKH1 ORIGINAL ORANGE SPAIN, I updated with the orange android 2.3.5bvkj4 kies, but not if something went wrong because my phone started giving problems, then install all types of roms and even Cyanogen, but continues with these things, market release applications and some say I can not install the file package is not valid .... so here install from the original orange spain and now I have the android 2.3.5, version i9100bvkj4 base band, Kermel i9100bvkj4-2.6.35.7-cl681297roor @ dell135 # 2, gingerbread.bvkj4 compilation. but everything remains the same friends, and when you connect it to kies, tells me that I can not update! think it messed up because I still have my original efs. thanks for your help! I hope someone of solution, if not take him to the technical service, because I'm desperate now.
As you have no warranty after installing custom roms your best solution is to start from a clean phone .
Download stock firmware for your phone and Odin ,
Backup data .
Boot phone to recovery go to Mounts and Storage Format cache data system and sd card .
Remove battery replace and go to download mode flash stock rom via Odin .
If it then needs warranty service use usb jig to reset custom rom counter .

Guys am looking for an app that I can install from the online market on my computer for my phone, and I need some kind of feedback, (is it downloading? / installing? / installed ? ) probably by email.
Reason for this is ive lost my phone and i dont know whether
1. battery has died
2. person has wiped the phone.
Or an app i can install then attempt to log into my phone on my computer, an app that doesnt require any setting up / registering.
Thanks everyone
Hi guys,
I am facing a difficult problem. I bought a HTC 7 Mozart 2 years ago. My phone has run the stock ROM (Windows Phone 7.5) since then, and I has backed up my sms messages to my PC using this tool several times.
Now I'm gonna sell this phone to one of my friends. Before saying goodbye to it, I would like to backup / transfer / upload all of my sms messages to my PC. But it seems that there is no way to do it
The above backup tool can only restore the sms messages to this phone, with its original ROM, not to any other phone or any other ROM. I know I have to find another way.
I saw a tool in the internet which allows me to backup sms messages, but it requires my phone to be interop-unlocked before it can run. I then continued searching and found this guide on how to interop-unlock my phone. But this guide requires my phone to be dev-unlocked before it can work. What a pain. I then searched for how to dev-unlock my phone, and I found this thread. In this thread, a senior member, named GoodDayToDie, said that "Currently, it pretty much comes down to "get an AppHub account" or "downgrade the bootloader, install HSPL, and flash a custom ROM." So far as I know, there are no other options currently available for HTC phones." Did he mean that I have to flash a new ROM for my phone to be dev-unlocked? If I do so I also lost all of my sms messages, right?
How can I save my sms messages to my PC before selling this phone?
Thanks for reading my questions. Any comment is very appreciated.

Sadly this tool only works with unlocked phones.
Hello,
sorry for my terrible english.
I have a Nexus 7 2013 Wifi tablet with Android 5.1.1 and a Nexus 5 with Android 6. Both stock and without root.
I have a problem:
I want to backup / save my conversations from the Skype app. With root, it would not be a problem.
But the big problem: I havent root any devices. I could root my devices, but first I must unlock the bootloader, with completly wipes my storage (and my Skype app with all conversations / chats).
I have a question, and please help me: How can I save / download / backup / extracting the Skype conversations / chats without root or unlock my bootloader? I know I can read the conversations on my Windows PC or even paste it on the Skype Windows Application.
But first I must get the App files...
How can I get these files WITHOUT root?
Adb is activated already. Encryption is on both devices deactivated.
It is really important for me, because I was dumb and formated my PC without backup my Skype files. And the conversations / chats are really really imporant (much memories and feelings...)
Please, can someone help me? :crying:
Thank you very much.
hey,
no chance without root?
Is it possible to save the Skype massages via ADB?
Hi
I bought the Samsung Galaxy A6s from China ( July 2019), and I have issue with Google Apps, starting from Goggle Playstore and Google Account manager.
Basically, I cannot access Google Play or add a Google account on the Phone. The actual phone version is G6200ZCU0ASG2 Android 8.1.0.
I installed manually the necessary Google Apps, as it came without. I read on differents site that I might have to possibility to use GMS apk, but it did not work.
When I launch Google Playstore, it does not let me sign in, and if I try to click on updates (in Google Play) I get a server error DF-DFERH-01, which I tried to troubleshoot also, with clearing cache and data but still nothing is working. I purchase a new ROM, as the phone is partially rooted, which is (G6200 U0 V8.1.0 OREO Global Fixed Google APPS Added) from firmware Gem Flash.com, but the flashing always failed using QFIL and some other flashing Tool, but nothing on this front help either. I have the original rom which is G6200ZCU0ARK1_8.1.0, and I am able to go back to it with flashing the Rom with QFIL and it works.!!!!
I tried to flash a TWRP recovery via ADB sideload, but it does not work, in order to flash some other STOCKROM.
I kind start to lose hope on getting google playstore to ever work. Weird thing though is that Youtube and Chrome are running well, and I don't seem to have issue with Google Play services.
Iam in Belgium
Any help will be much much appreciated!
Thanks
