I have bought an galaxy s3 Korean version which had already installed GT-I9300 firmware from the seller
For 2 months it worked perfectly, but now i dont have data access anymore.
I have seen that a lot of Korean Version have this problem
My Question is:

Hello All,
I recently got an international S3 from Newegg.ca. Of course i was eager to try out jelly bean so i did a backup before attempting to flash the JB rom. Unfortunately the backup was corrupted and i did not notice this until after i had already flashed JB onto my phone.
What i want to know is if anyone has a S3 from newegg, what build/baseband is it running? It should be a UK based firmware, but there are a number available for the region and none seem just right. If you have a s3 i9300 please respond with your firmware as it would help me out greatly.
Thanks!
Forgot to mention. I need to know your baseband only if you got your i9300 from newegg.ca or newegg.com

Hello,
i recently bought a galaxy s2 i9100 with 4.0.3
a week later the gps stop finding any sats,
i took the phone to the nearest phone lab and there i found out it was converted SHW M250S to i9100
they even switched the imei to a i9100 one!
i started seeking this forum for information about this,
tried switching firmwares and kernels, and even stock version 4.1.2, and of course a lot of gps problems guide in here but i couldnt get it to work.
my question is how can i know if the gps problem is hardware\software problem?
is there a chance that going back to SHW M250S firmware would solve this issue?
and of course, if i would need to change the gps part, are the i9100 gps part is the same as the korean version??
thx for the help.
plsss helpppp

This is an old post and i dont whether you were able to fix it all not.
I replied to this because am facing a similar problem (searched and found your post).
But i want to tell you that you posted at the wrong place so am sure people didnt see your post.
If you are still interested, you can check your firmware model for sammobile.com or the official GT-S5830i thread.
Thanks
Hi guys, sorry to post another question but this forum has been very valuable for me in my job! thanks for that.
I currently have received a phone to fix, samsung galaxy III. GT-I9300, UK
I'm only familar with tablets really, this is the first time i have looked at a samsung phone!
I currently have the following
Phone booted into Download/Odin mode
Odin opened, Phone is detected! (needed a new cable but so far so good)
Can someone guide me to a link to the official stock firmware for this phone? i'm looking but there seems to be so many differerent types from different regions with different networks! 02/T-mobile etc, confusing :'(
I can't use anything custom as this is a business phone, thanks for any help!
I have absolutely no idea which to get!.
many thanks
Go to sammobile.com
Not sure who your network provide is but The link below is for Tmobile UK.
If that's not the one for you're model, just do a country search.
Downloading is very slow, might take an hour or two.
Sorry link removed.
Sign up on Sam mobile or try searching for latest official update for GT I9300 on Google with UK baseband
I am sure u can find all that u need

Hi! I had to change the motherboard of my Galaxy SIII. It worked well for two weeks, but suddenly, it started to freeze. I can't use it now, and I don't know if factory data reset would be a solution.
Android Version 4.3
BaseBand Version I9300UBUGMK1
Kernel Version 3.0.31-2320216
Build Number JSS15J.I9300UBUGML1
I hope you can help me, I'm from Chile. Thank you!
