As title really, can't really find a definitive answer.
It was a UK Tesco handset but unlocked to all, and still running the standard Moto stock firmware.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've never tried it. Anyway, this site looks fake to me. This is the real(?) link.
I have successfully used FlashFire on a LG G4 VS986 to flash Xposed framework.

I cannot get TWRP to accept that as a valid "Restore". I put it in the same directory as my other backups but it simply will not accept it.
Any advice ?

Yes you have to go into TWRP and rename it to the serial number of your phone so it will see it.

I must note how bad and unstable this version is. For all those who have problems I invite you to try this ROM: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?a=show&w=files&flid=40887 thanks to MDMower
