I have recently bought the Redmi Note 3. its on (MIUI 7.0.9.0) from the box i have tried updating to the new 7.0.16.0.LHNCNCJ by OTA but it failed with error "Can,t Download"
Have downloaded it with download manager and put it in internal memory and after selecting the package manually mobile reboot but still on same
Any one ????

Well i wanna make CM11 for the Zoom and create CWM.
There is only one issue...i only own 1 zoom and i don't wanna brick it.
But there is a good side
S4 Zoom in my country are really cheap
3G Version is 200 euro's
LTE Version 230 euro's
I know how to port CWM and such but i don't wanna brick my only phone i have...
So what do you think guys wanna donate me some cash so i can make some roms and such for both LTE and 3G version?

well that is what i don't know yet.
in terms if you flash only recovery you only need to reflash recovery.
but we talking about samsung phone's...you never know what happen

Well I had a major problem on my zoom the other day (don't even know how it happened) anyway on boot the phone just got stuck on the samsung logo. Factory recovery and wipe cache and everything didn't work. So I donloaded the latest s4 zoom firmware I could find (on samsung-updates) and reflashed the phone with odin, anyway it worked and had no problem what so ever. And it's funny now i've put another official firmware on it (Galaxy S4 Zoom SM-C101 FWD C101XWUANA1) my battery life has highly improved (almost doubled !!) and it's running smoother, and not heating up as much.

Hi. I was intrigue by the good battery. I put the Rom named: "trlte_signed _final.zip" on sd like you said, of course before i flashed the BL and CP and.....obtain an sort of restarting
when normal screen apear for 2-3 min and restart again and again and again.
I returned to previous cose i do not know what is wrong.

Hi guy ! I started to root my note, then flashed twrp. After that I flashed cp and bl, and I flashed the rom using TWRp. But, my note boot and boot and boot, it never stops (show every time the green screen of updating apps). To get my note back, I just flashed rom stock 6.0 from Switzerland, with a pit that I found on XDA and my note worked again. I'm now waiting for a tutorial to flash this rom, as I'm a noob ^^

Clear the settings ap cache. If still problem persist do a force close app a time . worked for me once

i conected to mi in first boot it no slove my problem
Try flashing radios.zip. If u dont know about it. Find these like on xda or let me ill do it for you. And if doing it yourself is find the appropriate file for your phone version.

Flashed xiaomi.eu 8.1.1 and Had the same problem, flashing Radon kernel solved the settings error but still, battery life is terrible and had to revert back to cm14

I have been try several upgrade like that but give an error because the upgrade is not for my exact device firmware...

So I found this post -Huawei GR5 getting "root" at http://www.hyec.org/~doctor/mobile/huawei_gr5/root/ - which is based on EMUI 3.1. twrp-3.02. and supersu-2.82. BUT it is for kii-l22 .. and STILL, does not share these files.
This post by ciberworm says (or I understand that ) kiwi_twrp_3-21_recovery.img does work in kii-l23, at https://forum.xda-developers.com/ho...4-usa-kiwi-t3305190/post66684627#post66684627 ... but nothing else is said about rooting the kii-l23 then
-there are some threads on the web abut this phone (with no much mention to this build 141 though) but they are for updating emui (to 4) and android to marshmallow (6) and also for cm13 <http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1217736> ..not clear how to root it

YES, this is the method that ERASE PHONE DATA and FACTORY RESET your device ! ! !

Yes, i used dload firmware for a while and got OTA's. As long as you are on C431/C432 you're good to flash it. Just BACKUP before, it will FACTORY RESET your device.

It's RAR, copy it to your PC and then extract it. Move all 3 zips on dload folder and delete the other folder

NO, you can't. It works only with OTG or NMCard
