Hi all, i'm having a bit of an issue with gear manager for galaxy gear s. I recently purchased a galaxy gear s, i already had a galaxy gear 1. I installed the gear s without deleting the connection for the gear 1. Things were great, i downloaded the apps for the gear s i wanted and all was well until i deleted the connection for the gear 1. Now within gear manager for the gear s it is saying "no downloaded apps" when i go to manage applications or uninstall applications options within gear manager. All my apps are still on my gear s but gear manager is saying no apps installed. If i go to the samsung gear apps store all my downloads are showing as installed. But when i try to uninstall an app the only option says "move to gear manager", i click the option and it takes me to gear manager and it says no downloaded apps. So i can no longer uninstall most of gear s apps.
I really have no idea what to do next, i really don't want to reset my gear s as its taken me ages to set it up to my liking.
Please help.
Thanks.

Just scroll the screen with your finger..
Just to be sure, have you installed Gear Fit Manager (from Samsung Store; not in Google Play store) and tab your favorite e-mail app there.
I still have the gear 1 with a old version of gear manager thats let me receive my exchange emails from my job.
I would like to get the Gear S but really need to see my Exchange Emails on the watch. Did samsung get this fixed for the U.S?

**If they did not fix it yet, you can use programs like Nine or CloudMagic to get your email notifications on your Gear 2. Works well for me. Not perfect solution, but passable if only option.
Nine and CloudMagic aern`t avaliable under gear manager

I see nine under gear manager and it does push emails to watch
I was referring to apps for the phone for Nine and Cloud Magic, not as a Gear app. You set up email on phone, then make sure that program is checked off on the Gear Notification list. Both do have issues though, as if you get multiple emails without checking them separately, they get bunched together on Gear 2, and I think yesterday they could not be read on the Gear S at all. Hopefully a full fix will come.
I feel stupid. I can't seem to find how to connect other apps to the Gear Fit. I have it synced with my Galaxy S4 mini trough the Gear Fit Manager app. I also have connected it with S Health. But I would like to connect to other apps - like Endomondo and the various Gear Fit-specific apps that can be found in Play Store. I read somewhere that I should chose "App Connect" under Apps and Settings in manager, but I can't find that option. I have a button called "Search App Connect" but that only takes me to Play Store.
Could anyone point me in the right direction?
Edit: I figured it out! The "App connect" is on the Gear Fit, not in the Manager app.
Hi,
im trying to install the SHealth app on my Huawei phone, but its not opening...
But the Gear Manager and the Gear Fit (SHealth lite...) app are working, but there is no sync between the watch and the app (Gear Fit)! By the way: i can login to a samsung account!
Is there any way to sync the data????
Hello,
I was wondering if you've found an answer to your question? I am also struggling with finding a way to sync the fitness to my phone.
(Also with my gear fit showing whatsapp messages but that's another story)
With kind regards,
Xander

Set it all up with the Samsung Gear app. I wanted to add a calendar app to the GF2 but it said I needed "Gear Fit Manager" installed. So I installed from the Samsung App Store but it never connects to the GF2. Says scanning...then no device found. I am connected via Bluetooth and it works fine with the Samsung Gear app just fine.
Any help?
