...the subject says it all really.
If I get the Motorola work & play kit, will I be able to also use the BT keyboard+mouse & pair them with my media PC?

I don't see why not. It's just a keyboard. Some of the keys might not work though, or work "funny", mostly the android specific ones.
did anyone get this working?
when i try and pair with a windows 7 (x86) machine it generates a code and fails instantly.
edit: nevermind - i just entered 0000 and it allowed me to connect
now I just need to learn the keyboard layout properly!
I also found it amsuing that the music key (F8) does Rightclick and P together... how strange!
at least back is escape so I can ctrl+back to get the windows menu up
Guys if anyone wants to buy a work and play kit I have a brand new one for sale at a rock bottom price.
Let me know.

I tried this on windows 64 it pairs but doesnt seem to work, did you have to do anything specific?
It works fine on windows 7 64 bit
On Windows 7 64 bit, took a couple of attempts to pair before it did. Worked great after that.
In order to pair the keyboard to a PC, ensure the keyboard is turned off. Then, to pair it with a computer, press and hold the V, A, and R keys while turning on the keyboard. Then, continue to pair it to your computer.
I've also verified this works when attempting to pair the keyboard to an ipod touch. My daughtgger was having problems with it because the right hand side of the screen wasn't responding which means she couldn't type the P key and we needed to type that key while I attempted to fix it. Pairing the bluetooth keyboard allowed me to type the letter P when needed.
You also do a factory reset on the keyboard so that it clears out all pairing information by pressing and holding the N, E, and W keys while powering on the keyboard as well.
This works at least for the Motorola Bluetooth keyboard I have which is model 89451N.

Worked for me!

Worked on win7x64, just you need turn the keyboard on and off perhaps. Also, you need to unpair it from any previously paired device.
Has anyone tried the Motorola Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse For Android Devices (89451N) to play games such as deadspace or Nova 3?
function keys
can anyone tell me whether the Fn + Capslock shortcut works with this keyboard on windows? the shortcut that swaps around the function controls so that f1 f2 etc happen on the first press instead of the media keys?
For those of you that have a g3 AND a moto360, is anyone else having the issue where the new watch faces are not showing up on your watch? Ive read that the issue may be due to the phone the watch is connected to as pairing the watch with a different model phone will fix the issue.
Ive tried the following things to fix the issue but no luck:
Uninstalled and reinstalled moto connect
Restart the moto 360
Resync android wear apps
Reset the moto 360 /re-pair bluetooth with g3
Reboot the lg g3
Does anyone know a solution?
I bought a new kia optima sports wagon which was working fine with a Samsung note 3 on lollipop. I have since got an elephone p9000 which runs marshmallow out of the box, since then I am getting problems with android auto connectivity, mostly android auto will connect but it will often just bomb out and display communication error 6 on the phones screen, mainly when I try and play media using google music, also WhatsApp is not sending messages on,cwhen I press the voice command on steering wheel I can say WhatsApp and it will ask who I want to chat with, it then let's me say who I want to chat with and asks for the message which it then plays back to me and asks if I want to send it, I reply send and it says it is done but it doesn't actually get sent.
Not sure where the prpblem might lay. The new usb C type cable (tried a different one), lateste android mm update has screwed something, maybe the android auto on car infotainment system isnt compatible with update.
Any one else experiencing issues ?
P9000 screwing up with Android Auto......????
Same problem......does P9000 (6.0) have the 'ability' to properly run Android Auto...?
I am trying to connect my Moto 360 Gen 2 to the phone using Android Wear app, but afer i press on the watch name in the list, i can't confirm the pairing because the prompt message dose not apear on the screen, i ahve tried to connect with other phones, and is working, how can i skip the prompt message or any solutions. I have hard reset and soft reset the phone, but with no results.
My problem is that I can't pair up my Moto 360 gen 2 with newly bought Moto x4 which is running Oreo...say if google doesn't push an Oreo update to Moto 360 gen 2 is it something like it can't be paired up any devices running Oreo..???
Hi, has anyone got android auto working on the Nokia 1, just bought one to leave permanently plugged into my car's USB and run android auto, but it's not available in the play store and I can't seem to sideload the APK?
I've done some More research and android auto is not supported on android go at present.
So I'm doing my Nokia 1 for a Moto e .
