There is a lag on the lock screen of my oneplus X. After swiping the screen I have to wait around 5 seconds to get my numpad. But after unlocking the device, it works smoothly. Somebody please help me on this issue. Sorry about my English.

It occurs once in 100 unlocks and only when I directly double tap whatsapp lock notification.

Hi all,
I'm not too sure if anyone else has ever experienced this but it is starting to annoy me.
When my screen dims after 1 minute and goes to the lock screen I'm able to press the 'home' button and the unlock screen appears but I'm not able to do anything.
Its almost as if my devices jams and I have to press buttons to get it to come back.
I've reinstalled my device and this doesn't happen.
This happens during a call when the screen dims when its near my ear and I take my phone away from my ear the screen doesn't come on and it jams
Please - your help will be greatly appreciated

I wish that was the issue.
My smartstay is on.
When the device's screen turns off the 2 issues happen:-
1. You press the home button to turn the screen on and the phone goes into the pattern lock screen - when i try do my pattern it doesn't pick anything up almost as if the screen has frozen and I have to wait 1 minute for the screen to go off and do the same process and hope it works.
2. I'm in a call and the screen is supposed to light up after removing it from my hear however it stays black. I have to lay the phone down, wait 1 minute and press the home button and hopefully the screen comes up and hopefully it isn't jammed

It didn't work.. It almost seems like the phone jams i.e. there is no RAM left or something
Check your running apps, and could be too many apps running on background using up ram, try to freeze some unwanted apps
I have no issues unlocking my stock Sprint GS3 as you describe. Like some other have mentioned, maybe free up some internal RAM by moving some apps or data to SD storage?
I think it might be caused by CPU tuner and the governors? I noticed when my battery was low it would get stuck on the unlock screen.
Hopefully with my changes it works

Hi, recently I started facing touch screen issues.
My touch sensitive buttons aren't responding and sometimes the lower part of the touch screen is unresponsive. That is fixed with a gentle squeeze and a lock and unlock. Sometimes the touch behaves as if I'm using two fingers than one (scaling when trying to fast forward video using one finger )
Sometimes the entire touch screen goes unresponsive which is fixed with a lock and unlock. The scroll becomes dead slow too sometimes. Again the fix is the same.
I'm not sure if this is a firmware issue or hardware issue. The rest of the touch works fine.
I'm using a Gionee P6
I tried to trouble shoot using the secret star codes but unfortunately the menu is in Chinese for this device.
If someone could help before I send it in for repair which will take a long time I'd appreciate it
EDIT : I Was able to use the touch screen testing from the diagnosis hardware menu and there are no dead points. Every part of the touch screen responds. Except when I actually use them in Android
I'm using a redmi 3 pro and I'm on MIUI 7.
I only have 1 problem with the OS so far, but it's a huge one.
If the phone is idle for 3 seconds, the phone passively locks itself until I touch the screen to reactivate.
It happens on every app, every screen, and is making it impossible to use.
The status bar disappears top when the lock happens and it comes back after I touch the screen.

For all of the searching I did, it seems like I'm the only one who has encountered this problem.

Recenlty I have noticed an issue when I use fingerprint unlock on my device. This is an Intermittent issue. I will unlock the phone with my fingerprint and I can hear the unlock sound, however the screen stays black and just displays the AOD (clock). Screen does not respond to touch and sometimes the clock that is displayed is off (i have seen it several hours behind after sitting overnight). I can push the power button to relock the screen and hear the LOCK sound and then fingerprint or power button will wake the screen again. Its rather annoying.

I have a weird behavior when I have to enter my pin code to unlock my Mate 20 Pro. I have to press my finger for a long time for 2-5-8-0 numbers. For other figures no problem, they respond instantly.
To reproduce the problem, simply crack the unlock with the fingerprint and have the numeric keypad to type the unlock code.
I also notice that if I launch the camera from the lock screen, the trigger of photos galley a little, I have to leave my finger pressed a certain moment. On the other hand no problem when the phone is unlocked and I run the camera.
It's also complicated to pick up and slide to the right or left when I get a call on the screen locked.

Never experienced this... Try booting to safe mode and see if the problem persist.
