Hello all. I'm new to the forum. I do have the Official CM 12.1 on my ls990 as well as TWRP. I have been missing the stock camera quality. Please correct me if I'm wrong but there is not a ported G3 stock camera app currently available. If there is a very good alternative, I am willing to try.
My thoughts however were to revert to a rooted stock ROM. I'm a bit of a novice so I would like some guidance please. I have thoroughly searched the forums but I'm a bit confused as to how to proceed.
Can I flash the latest rooted stock ROM from TWRP and if so what is the latest rooted stock ROM? Or, are there more steps involved for going to rooted stock?
Any help and/or a pointing to the right thread would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
HERE is a link to latest debloated ZVC rom. Basically follow directions to get it flashed. Definitely do a clean wipe in TWRP.

My apologies as I have been so out of the loop and am rocking Beans build 22 for what it feels like has been forever and recently have wanted to update to a 4.3 touchwiz or 4.4 aosp rom. I do not know what firmware I should upgrade to because I see the "locked bootloader mj9" scares and what not and am currently on JZO54K.I605VRAMC3. If someone could lead me in the right direction as I pretty much live off of step by step directions and like things straight forward. Thank you so much!

I would suggest that you read through the development forum and decide what custom ROM you want to flash. Custom ROM threads usually have instructions on how to flash the ROM that you choose.
As far as upgrading your firmware goes, if you install official stock 4.3 or 4.4.2 firmware, (either through Odin/Kies or by taking OTA's), then you will end up locking the bootloader with no current way for you to unlock it. So that basically means you need to leave your phone at 4.1.2/rooted and with a custom recovery of your choosing.... then flash the new custom ROM in TWRP, CWM, or Philz recovery (based on the particular ROM you are going to flash). The 4.3 and 4.4.2/4.4.4 custom ROM's that you see in development thread are modified to not lock the bootloader.
Quick background: I'm a new LG G3 owner and I've been rooting and ROMing with three previous phones going back to the OG Droid but only by following the awesome work of developers. I'm currently on the 12b build which is what the phone came with and I've rooted and installed a custom recovery.
At some point I'll try a LP Rom but I'm not quite ready yet. I was wondering if I should go ahead and flash the 23c modem and kernel now while I'm still on KK. Would that cause an issue? If that would be an issue, when would I flash those in the upgrade process?
As a side note, does anyone have a recommendation as to which LP ROM is most stable? I like customization (which the LG UI doesn't have enough of), but I value full functioning and stability more.
Thanks in advance for any help and I apologize if this info is already posted; I've been searching and reading for hours
You can't use the 23C kernel or modem on 12B.
ROMs usually include kernels so when you flash a ROM, it'll include whatever kernel's needed. I could be wrong but I think the stock LG Lollipop ROMs that have been released include the modem, too.
If they don't, flash the modem after you flash a 23C ROM.
As far as what Lollipop ROM is most stable, that's personal preference. I use my own modified Odex'd.

Thanks for the help.
Hi Guys
We have a Sony Xperia Tablet Z2 (SGP521), currently installed with a nightly build of CyanogenMod12 Lollipop ROM.
Some functionality is not working well, so we would like to revert back to Sony Stock ROM, can someone guide us on the steps required?
We understand that the steps is similar to flashing the ROM into the device, but would be great if someone can confirm the steps, including where we might find stock Sony ROM. We've looked through some of the forum posts but some are quite old posts so just wondering if anything might have changed.
Thanks in advance for any help!
Will this work?
[Prerooted][flashable]zip[23.1.A.1.28][SGP521][Customized NCB]&[VMo RU-UA-KZ]

Just do a full wipe and flash the prerooted zip linked above in recovery.
Right now I've downgraded to 4.4.2 10b. I'm wanting to flash the Resurrection rom. I'm rooted and have twrp installed. When i try updating right now i get a wrong baseband error. Do i need to update to a more current version of android before flashing this rom? I've been out of the flashing roms business for awhile. I was using a much outdated rom before. Any help would be much appreciated.
May I suggest you review the XDA rules. You just broke #1. Next time search within the thread, then within the whole forum for whatever it is you need. If that doesnt turn anything up please post your ROM related questions in the ROM thread. The answer to your question is in the thread. If you would have searched "baseband" you would have found your answer.
Anyway. You need to flash the 23c (24b should work too) modem before you flash the ROM. I suggest you just flash the whole bootstack (which includes the modem). You can find it in XDABBEBs ROM thread.

Well, if you are officially on the unrooted, stock 5.1.1, and haven't installed the custom recovery, you can just take the OTAs. That would be the easiest route.
If you have bumped with TWRP or have a custom stock 5.1.1 ROM, or are rooted, then look for any of the threads that discuss how to revert back to 10B and once that has occurred, you can take the OTAs to upgrade to the latest MM version.
Actually, just a thread or two below this one is the guide you're looking for:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-lg-g3/general/lg-g3-downgrade-to-10b-t3354834
Not to sound mean or nasty, but I won't repeat what is in that thread because it's repeating things that are already outlined and just pollutes the forum.
Hope this helps!
Flash the 47A KDZ with LG Flash Tool 2014 if you're not using Verizon and therefore can't take OTAs.

actually i dont have verision sim or nothing. and Version is not Available in my Country.
You could flash this latest image if you want then:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/ver...t/vs985-46a-stock-flashable-firmware-t3304365
You'll have to root and then bump with TWRP to flash it if you're not already rooted and bumped.
