[Q] LINE - An error has occurred. - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I'm trying to log into LINE (messaging app) after factory resetting my phone.
Now whenever I do, I get an error message saying An error has occurred, please try again later.
It's been like this for days now, and I've tried everything I can think of.
Flashing a new ROM/Factory reset phone/Reinstall LINE/Create a new LINE account,
No matter what I do I always end up with the same message.
I don't have a phone number, so in the picture that's why the number is blank, I used to be able to login through facebook with no problems at all (and still can do that on my iPad with no issues).
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers,

Well, I emailed line and they fixed it for me

Hello, We have the same problem. Would you help me how to fix it?

'Can't check for updates right now'

I get this error everytime i try to check for the 7.8 update (I will use the force method when it eventually works) I get this message
'Can't check for updates right now. Please try again later.
An unknown error occured
80070715'
Cannot find a solution anywhere, the error code is also 80000fffff sometimes, but it varies between the two
Has me completley stumped, tried everything besides hard resetting my phone which i don't really want to do but i will try that now and see if it helps!
EDIT: A hard reset has not helped, error code 8000ffff is back!

Can't verify number, i've tried everything

hi, i can't verify my number, i've tried everything, reinstall , reboot clear cache, trying with different phones, even try it with yowsup on ubuntu. and always get the same error, it shows me that i've tried to verify my numbre too many times, contact with support, and nothing else, there is no countdown. whatsapp support didnt reply none of my mails. it seems i've reached the verification limit or something like that. i've read that i have to wait two weeks before trying to verify again, then the limit will reset. somebody can help me ?

Impossibly persistent problem even after reset

I have a Sprint Note 3 and I am having the dreaded "Unfortunately, the process android.process.media has stopped" problem.
I tried every single fix I found online. Even the stupid ones I new wouldn't work. I finally caved and did a full wipe. Low and behold, on the very first setup screen the error message immediately popped up.
I am stock (whatever the latest version is) and rooted.
If factory reset doesn't work I don't know what else would work. That's usually the last recourse. Any suggestions? HELP!
Do I maybe need to re-flash the stock rom? If so, can someone please provide a link?
