Hey, this is a compete random question. Which is, is there any way of doing a time lapse on the camera app that covers with the s6 edge?

I have both a new Galaxy S6 Edge and an iPone 6. Like them both but love the screen on the new Edge S6 more. One thing that is really bugging the Fuc* out of me is scrolling down on Tumblr as the lag is so high that it literally jerks and jitters as I scroll down Tumblr to look at the pictures and GIF's on there. None of these lags or jittering take place on my iPhone 6 though.. Anyone have Tumblr and have these same lag issues with stuttering as they scroll?
hello dear xda friends
I've got a galaxy s6 edge and recently my camera when i open it is blurry, actually it focus every 3 seconds( or more) and after focus quality increase but at last becomes blurry and my final picture hasn't good quality however sometime quality is OK.
i tried all ways and finally reset my phone but result is same, is there any chance of rom problem or i face with a faulty lens

This might seem like a silly suggestion but make sure that your lens is clean. I was having similar problems then wiped my lens with a glasses cleaner and it's back to being an awesome camera [emoji3]

Thnx but i tried and nothing happened actually during focusing one second good quality comes and again becomes blurry
Hi everyone,
I have read on other forums that they are having issues on their galaxy s9/+ models when using the camera in low light situation.
I have never tested mine in such situations earlier, but after I did I can say that it is terrible.
I need to take 5-10 pictures to get a picture which is focused, other ones are blurry. The other issue is that the one which finally gets focused has really bad quality, all noisy and still a little blurry. When I compare it to my S7 Edge it is a major downgrade, and not small but the difference is HUGE!
I have an exynos S9+ and it seems that all phones are affected by this.
I wonder why nobody here on xda is complaining, and other forums are full of topics?
Is there anything we can do about it?
There are many apps that just wont work properly with either this aspect ratio or this camera.
Other peoples instagram stories get cut off on the sides and no matter if i do hide notch + nav bar to make aspect ratio better i doesn't fix it. And this has been a problem apparently for 9 months on other phones with similar aspect ratio.
Snapchat selfie camera is extremly zoomed in and very low quality. Also after pressing the button to take the picture it takes 1 second before it takes the actual picture and if oyu move your phone at all during that 1-1.5 seconds it becomes blurry.
There's some other apps where using the camera in those apps just makes it look bad, it even crops the rear camera and mostly on the front camera.
I feel like spending 900$ on a phone that looks worse than my old honor 8 on instagram and snapchat and other apps is really discouraging. Some of these problems happened on the P20 and they never got fixed with snapchat/instagram updates so if you experience this and think it'll get fixed don't hold your breath. Snapchat really feels unusable and before you say "The phone does alot of other things than snapchat and instagram" i don't care. It the 2 apps I use the most daily, to write to people in groups, to talk to people to send photos to look at stories. That's why i bought this phone with it's amazing screen and camera.
Highly disappointed and I HOPE that i'm just dumb and there's an easy fix but I've been searching all day since I got the phone and nothing has helped.
This is just a warning for anyone wanting to buy this phone. If i don't find something to fix these issues I'm returning it first thing tomorrow.
I've been seeing people report issues with Snapchat and Instagram on various phones for the past two years. I don't think it's a phone problem but if those apps are so important to you it would probably be worthwhile to reach out to other users and find out which phones have no issues with those particular apps.

Yeah I realize it's not fully huawei's fault. But I do know there is a way to fix it on oneplus by changing settings in the oxygenOS camera app that then affect the snapchat settings. On huawei changing settings in main camera app changes nothing for instagram and snap so it's unfixable atm.
Alot would be fixed if huawei/samsung or w/e offered 16:9 mode for apps that gives them blackbars so i can actually read full text and not have cutoffs.

I haven't owned a One Plus phone since the OP5 but there were lots of reports of problems with both of those apps on that phone. Owners reported that pictures were very poor quality and in some cases had a strange green color tint. I've seen complaints about problems with those apps in threads for literally every single phone I have owned since the OP5.
I have also seen people plug One Plus phones (like you just did) in XDA threads for multiple phones by Xiaomi and Huawei which is strange--why buy phones from One Plus competitors and then turn around and complain that One Plus phones are better?
If I had a dollar for every post I've seen like that on XDA over the past several years I would probably have enough money to pay for another Mate 20 Pro.
Hi! My One Plus 7T Pro is taking a lot of time to focus while clicking pictures since a few days. Usually it's really fast but I am unsure what caused this issue or if it's after the last update. I am in 10.0.4 at the moment.
It's worse while taking video as even touch focus takes a very long time to get a sharp clip or even an image. Just wanted to know if anybody else is facing the same or has a solution to it.
