Mount ext4 with apps2sd. You'll find 'link apps' option after you click there it will ask for the format of your card drive, it will prompt you to create one. Just follow the instructions and you are done

Make sure that SElinux is permissive!

Idem.
Nobody has any idea about this issue?

I am having the exact same issue. The actual path of the device should be /dev/block/vold/public:179:66 (or simply /dev/block/mmcblk1p2).
It is attempting to mount a nonexistent device. Looks like a Link2sd bug. Don't know if there is a workaround. Link2sd devs??

Try moving the rom to the 0/download directory then come back and try to install it from there.
Just a hunch I have.
Also before installing the rom format /system in recovery.

One other thing, I hope you have enough free space for the installation otherwise it can give you the problems you are facing right now.

Is your tab full or almost full? If it is you need to move some big files like pics, movies, music, etc... To your computer or just delete them to free up some space.
Like mentioned above this could be the issue.

And if you are want to solve the bootup problems, backup your apps using Titanium Backup, reflash the stock ROM (or custom ROM) and restore your data.

[Guide]How to force install an app into /system/app [root required]

First of all I will not be responsible if you screw up with your device..... I am just posting this for helping you guys who are unable to force install apps...
Now next thing I want to say is that I am using Root explorer in this thread but you can use any explorer.
Lets get started!!
[1.]Download the application apk [If you have downloaded a zip file then extract it first using your PC or any android explorer] which is not installing or you want it to be system app.
[2.]Using root explorer navigate to the .apk you have downloaded or extracted.
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",
"lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow",
"lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen",
"lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails",
"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
[3.]Long press the .apk file and choose "MOVE" OR "COPY".
[4.] Navigate to /system/app.
[5.] Press the button on top of the window says "Mount R/W" [It will be next to where root explorer shows how much space you have available for the partition you are viewing. ]
[6.] Now paste the .apk .
[7.] THIS STEP IS VERY IMPORTANT
Go to the .apk you just pasted and long press it.
Now choose "Permissions"
change the permissions to be rw-r--r--....it will look like this in the boxes
(X=a checked box. _=empty box)
Owner:X X _
Group: X _ _
Others:X _ _
[8. ]Now simply reboot your phone and it is now a system app.
HOPE I HELPED YOU GUYS..... IF I MISS SOMETHING PLEASE LET ME KNOW
THIS IS MY FIRST POST.... SO PLEASE IF YOU CAN GIVE ME SOME TIPS, THAT WILL BE APPRECIATED ...

Mods don't read evey thread, so issues need to be reported, if you want something done.
If the Unbricking Utility made any changes, your Fire probably cannot be fixed
