Hey guys, It has been 8 hours since my problem has started.
The data keeps turning on and off instantaneously.
It probably has turned it on and back off over 1000.
I am not allowed to send messages, connect to the network
or call someone.
I have done a factory reset and still the same problem.
Anyone know how I can fix it?

I've a problem with my stock Galaxy S4 in that since a firmware update (4.2.2.2 to 4.3) I cannot for the life of me get the WiFi to turn on.
I've been reading a lot of forums, and it seems many have this issue, yet I can't seem to locate any solid answers. In fact it leaves me with many more questions.
I've been having this problem for almost a week even though the update occurred quite sometime before that. I've tried puling the battery but it didn't have any effect. Tried putting the phone into Recovery Mode, sadly I can't even get that to work (Vol. up, Home and Power together). All that happens is the tiny tiny blue text of "Recovery Mode" appears, vanishes upon button release, then the phone proceeds to boot normally. No recovery mode at all. Eventually I decided to to a Factory Reset in the vain hope it would reslove the problem. Answer: No. All I've succeeded in doing is losing all my data (yes it was backed up but to restore the backup I need to have WiFi turned on!)
Anyone out there know of a solution to this problem?
Just to mention, this is a stock Galaxy S4, non-rooted, on the Vodafone network in the UK.
Help?

N.B After downloading Kies3 I've been able to update with latest firmware.....and I can now turn on my WiFi!! WOOP!! About bloody time too!
N.B.2 Scrub that last comment. After being able to turn Wifi on and scan for signal, it allowed me to enter the password for my home WiFi then I restarted the device only to find that again the Wifi option on the phone will not turn on. Very very frustrating. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi all, the galaxy s2 I am using has always had problems with its wifi. I inherited it from my mum when she upgraded to the galaxy s4. The wifi didn't work when i got it, but did after a factory reset. The problem has come up a few times since then and has always been fixed with a factory reset.
So the problem- I can connect to the wifi, the phone says connected and has the wifi icon in the notifications bar. it says it has 3-4 bars, but the send/recieve arrows don't light up. The phone functions like it isn't connected to the wifi, even though it is. After every reset attempt the wifi comes back for about 5 minutes and then the problem starts again.
Is there any solution to this?

The wifi on my galaxy s3 just randomly stopped working. I was sick for a week and just left it in the car, and when i got it out, it kept turning it self off and wouldn't connect to the wifi. Instead of just not being able to connect, it cannot scan for wifi availability. It just turns off. Everything else works fine. I've restared and completly cleared the phone. I have no idea what is wrong with it, nor how to fix it. Any ideas or suggestions???
Flash full stock firmware and factory reset, if still the same then it's a hardware fault.
Hello, for over a year I have a problem with the messenger - more than a year, randomly clicked send messages or pictures are still sending until I will kill app and turn it back again (my phone is samsung galaxy s6 with android 6.0). This happens both on Messenger lite and normal. What may be the problem? I would add that the 3 formats (2 with odin) the phone did not help. Still trying to find the cause of this problem, it often happens that after about 20 seconds, the messages are sent. The problem arises both WiFi and the mobile.

I recently purchased Galaxy S10 lite, and till now I didn't face any issues. From yesterday night my phone's dialer keeps stopping whenever I try to open it. It just open up for a second and then stops working. I couldn't search through my contacts and not even able to make any calls, but I am able to receive calls though.
I tried restarting the phone, clearing the app cache and also tried force stopping the app. I tried all the possible solutions that I could think of, but none seems to be helping.
Any help would be appreciated!

Restore to factory settings. If it wouldn't help, give back phone to shop due to warranty.
