Hi, i'm in France and i have a chinese phone who has only 3 languages (Chinese/Korea and English) installed on it.
I have rooted it and try with MoreLocale2 but no way, i can't add a country or language. I can't flash a Rom because there isn't available for worldwide.
Any ideas ?

unfortunately the language of rom is Japanese !

It should be chinese, not japanese and english should be already supported by default. Are you sure you cannot jump into the chinese written menu and find the option to set english as default?
I own a different phone, but I have a miui too, so you could try set locale and language free by Brucedior which could help.

Morelocale 2 worked for me, you need to be rooted, it changed some app labels, time and date, but most importantly the play store language was changed....

I bought S21 SM-G9910 from eglobalcentral. Everything is ok but the phone was meant as a gift and there is a problem that this model doesn't fully support the Slovenian language ("May not be available in some apps" - description). If I select it only parts of the phone are translated but the other half is still in English (almost the whole Settings app). Can I flash it to something else so that the Slovenian language will be fully supported? If anyone has a working solution please help me.

AFAIK your device was not designed for your region/country.
I can find firmware for China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
So I think that you have to stick to the half Slovenian translation.
Maybe in future updates, translation will need better.
