Is there by chance a Ok2 deodexed pre rooted no knox rom?
This would be great compared to OC5 because OK2 took care of Stagefright.

I would like to see that myself.

It's weird, I upgraded to the Note 3 from the Galaxy S3. The GS3 always had a sotck, rooted, deodex ROM available for it, but it doesn't seem to be a priority here for the Note 3.
Some Devs have a priority of making a mostly-stock-ish ROM, but no one has a fully stock ROM that's rooted and is DeOdex.
The closest thing we have is Freeza's Stock-ish Rom. It works really well and he has both Odex and DeOdex versions of it.
Try it out and let us know if you have any issues with it.

KNOX is gone this is the only change made

I've sent a message to muniz already but if another developer can do this in case muniz can't I think a lot of us would appreciate it. Now that Xposed is possible on Touchwiz Lollipop from http://forum.xda-developers.com/xposed/unofficial-xposed-samsung-lollipop-t3113463 we need a deodexed stock rom to use it on. Gigilies' Echoe rom is the only deodexed Lollipop rom available right now but it has MMS problems. We'd like it to have the NK4 bootloader also so that we can keep root with Safestrap. Thanks for all your hard work in advance!
Stang5litre is already working on a deodexed version of muniz_ri's stock OC1 ROM, with muniz_ri's blessing.

The deodexed version is available.
I had been running CM 12 and 13 for a long time but have recently been having problems with my GPS. It works in stock rooted OC5 but OC5 has stagefright vulnerabilities. From what I understand that has all been fixed with OK2. I was just wondering if anyone knew how I'd be able to go from OC5 to OK2 and keep root.
In the mean time I'm gonna try flashing CM13 again and see if GPS works for me now that I got a lock on stock...

There isn't away to keep root during the process.
You're going to have to Odin stock OC5 then accept the update and then root again if you want root.
There aren't any updated TW roms based on OK2.
stock OC5 thread
Good luck.
I saw someone had uploaded a modified version of muniz_ri's OF1 Stock ROM for MDK bootloader phones, which still contains the kernel from the OF1 ROM. I did not try flashing it, as I assumed it would have issues.
I really needed to get back to a stock ROM, but had occasional Wifi issues on Muniz_ri's OC1 stock ROM, so I have put to together an OF1 version which has the Hybridmax v2.5 kernel. I have tested it, it boots and works flawlessly. Been running for the past 3 days. I am currently using Klabit's AIO R3 kernel and the battery life and overall performance has been great.
I took muniz_ri's stock, rooted, deodexed OF1 ROM, removed non_hlos.bin , recovery.img and changed the kernel to Hybridmax v2.5. The result is identical to muniz_ri's OC1 stock ROM for MDK, but with the updated OF1 system. (Didn't edit the install script, so it says OC1 when you first start flashing, but it is OF1)
I take no credit for any of the work involved in making this happen, please thank muniz_ri and the other developers involved in working on the S4, I simply saw an opportunity to put this together for anyone who wanted to be on the latest stock system without losing their MDK bootloader.
ROM Download - Flash using TWRP, I did not try any other methods.

You can use the OC1 Batch Debloater in this thread to remove the bloat you would like and/or edit the bat file using Notepad ++ and customize the script.
